We had a serious bat problem in our attic and down into our walls.They were coming into the house from time to time. We called Dave’s and they came out and spent the time to explain why we had the situation and what they could do to help.
I knew that, sometimes after the initial exclusion work, a few bats get “stuck” or find their way back in – which happened in our case. Thankfully they offered a guarantee on bat exclusions and immediately showed up to fix the issue, and fix it they did!
We really appreciated the time they took with us and, of course, the results!
Called last week as we started seeing a bunch of flying carpenter ants came out of nowhere have also had carpenters ants outside but not ones with wings.They found a way to squeeze us in on my only day off during the week. He was friendly and professional check the inside of the house and outside.said it looks like you have problems outside and Sprayed same day. Said within 90 days would come back and spray again if things haven’t changed, highly recommend them if you’re having any issues with carpenter ants.
Dave came by our place yesterday as we were having an issue with wasps. We have had multiple yellow jackets all around our home and has made it impossible to use our balcony. While there did not appear to be a nest, we got the house sprayed anyway for some peace of mind. The service was great but most importantly I wanted to give a shout out to Dave. What a character. Very genuine person and knowledgeable. We are happy all around !

Raza is a great technician. Very professional, experienced and caring. Apartments are very prone to roaches due to neighbour apartments. Among these each summer he made my living easier and comfortable ensuring my apartment stays bug free.. His techniques and advices work perfectly. I recommend him for your service. His service is much better and the most effective for me than apartments own pest control free
services. I come back to him every summer to take necessary steps and i am very happy about it.
I was not very happy with the service. I had an appointment and they cancelled 25 mins before the time. I took the day off for this. Plus when I called somewhere else for a quote they said we had to leave the house with kids and pets for 6hrs . This company told me we could stay in the house. Not sure if i believe that or their product is not strong enough. Would not call back for service.
I looked up several remedies online for a cockroach problem but none of those made any meaningful difference. In the end I looked up pest control in mississauga and found these guys. Their service has been amazingly effective and completely painless. I am very happy that I called them.
