I’m the owner of Bed Bug Experts, based in London since 2012. Prior to that I worked with Mark (owner of the much newer Bed Bugs Experts) until he tried to rip me off over quite a large sum of money. I took him to court and won. He’s now passing off as me with an almost identical name (Passing Off is illegal, Mark). Luckily he’s in Scotland so the impact on me hasn’t been too bad, although I know of two jobs who have cancelled because they were confused by where I was based.

Please don’t confuse me with him. I’m VERY different.

Spent hundreds using different exterminators & over the counter sprays to get rid of these pests with no avail, if only i’d known about Richard and his team fist i could have saved a lot of money. The bed bugs expert is professional, courteous and honest. He kept me informed, every step of the procedure. I can finally say, my house is bug free.

Gave me the advice and reassurance that I needed to cope with infestation. Really helpful and patient – as I was in a bit of state! Can’t praise Richard highly enough. I would thoroughly recommend anyone dealing with infestation to call Richard in the first instance before going anywhere else.
