Got in touch with these guys because we had a wasps nest in one of our exterior walls. They came within an hour, took next to no time at all to apply the treatment and fully explained everything they were doing in an easy to understand way. Very professional and knowledgeable business. Plus their work is guaranteed so if the wasps weren’t totally gone, the guys would come back to do a second treatment for free. Safe to say the wasps are no more, absolutely 100% worth the money. I would definitely use this business again! Can’t recommend enough!

We weren’t sure if we had a wasps nest so reached out to these guys. I had a very quick response and they came out the following morning to remove what was a wasps nest in the attic. Very happy customer!

Previous owners left house infested with fleas
Contact this company the responsiveness was good..
Once here I had to leave house while he treated it .
I went outside to spend time with my owls in barn
After treatment the man cane to barn to get me to sign paperwork, I went back inside house and the man had forgot to get me to sign on his phone, he went back into barn to find me and never latched the door properly and let out all 4 of my owls
I managed to get 3 back but still 1 missing..
I had a discussion about this with him and that’s when the problems started..
Our farm house was still not clear of fleas and after being bitten several times we asked them to come back to our house
Another man cane out after we had treated house ourselves and said he couldn’t find anything..
He left sticky traps in most of rooms and came back few days later to find all clear ..
After 3 weeks I started to get bitten again and called them again they wouldn’t come back and wanted us to take sticky traps and any other evidence we had
We did this but they said nothing was found
Bug traps and sticky tape had fleas on them..
If I could get photos on this review I post what we had on tape and in sticky traps also photos of bites to my face …
Been out twice still ineffective would not touch this company they just want the money even worse when the council are paying . As they dont eradicate the problem or report they give the council is complete waste of time The person who came out said any more problems just phone council total scammers ineffecttive

Had a rat problem. They came out within 2 hours (despite having to solve somebody else’s wasp problem first) no call out fee unlike a previous company who came out. Found the entry point, put down traps and basically solved my problem within the hour. They then called back to see if they could offer any further help including offering to come out and remove any bodies so I didn’t have to free of charge. All for the price of 1 hours work. really cannot recommend them highly enough! Fast, efficient, helpful and cost less than expected.
Called Owen due to having a wasps nest the size of a football in the loft. He arrived and sprayed the nest. A few days later there was still a small amount of activity but Owen arrived again and gave it another going over that has more than dealt with the issue, as before we couldnt even put the loft light on without being attacked. He was also very friendly and explained everything to us clearly. Highly recommended, and we can finally clear our loft out.
They came to my property the day after I phoned them. Good value for money, courteous, professional, efficient. I had a wasp hive under my balcony decking and they offered to come back, at no cost, if the first treatment wasn’t sufficient. They didn’t need to come back at all. I would definitely recommend them if you have a pest problem.

I was made aware of the Preservation Company as a result of prior work they had done on a property that I bought recently. As part of the due diligence process on the damp / rot situation of the home, I was sent some reports detailing work done when the previous owners bought the home in 2020. I was very impressed with the clarity and thoroughness of the reports, so I got them back to deal with a new damp spot that was flagged up in the home report. The communication and booking process was seamless and Shaun who came to do the work itself was absolutely excellent. Everything was done efficiently, exactly as planned, and cleaned up to a very high standard. I will definitely use the Preservation Company again for future damp / rot work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
I needed a damp survey and probably future work on a house I was in the process of buying. I was recommended Colin at the The Preservation Company which I am so glad of, he acted promptly to my enquiry, survey was done instantly and work commenced soon after. He also arranged plumber and electrician. The whole team were professional. Wayne and Jimmy who came to do the work were great, left everywhere clean and tidy followed by Tim the plasterer who did an excellent job and not forgetting Gail in the office who kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend The Preservation Company, they were thorough, informative, helpful and friendly.
The Preservation company have just completed work on our property. The work was carried out respectfully and professionally from start to finish. When visiting this store I had to get some technology called advice on two occasions. I have had to attract attention on both occasions but then was given very good attention advice and help with my purchases. All staff were friendly and attentive.

Got to tills to discover no manned tills in operation, only self service tills. Put my goods down and left, I will get my goods in a competitive store where staff are available to check my goods. When stores close due to fall in footfall, remember your lack of customer service and taking customers for granted attitude

I am really disappointed with same day delivery service. Ordered an item on Saturday morning. Received email to say would be delivered between 7 and 10pm. At 2205hrs I received an email saying sorry. Delivery changed to between 7am and 10am Sunday! Then around 1030am received an email saying would be delivered between 7 and 10pm Sunday evening. Well it’s now twenty past ten and still no delivery!! I am so disappointed by this bad service!!! Next time I will take my custom elsewhere!! Really.not happy with such poor service! I am back at work tomorrow so now will struggle to be in to get a delivery!!
Rarely have items in stock that you actually need and some of the staff could do with retraining on customer care as they think they know it all. I could give examples but won’t go into it, just make sure if you’re buying a TV that you are well versed up on it before buying it because sending it back is most likely going to be a no no
Disgusting service by a self indulgent manageress who looks down on her customers. Walks away from you in mid conversation. On complaining about an item I was ‘dismissed’. Even her staff apologied on her behalf as they were left to deal with her flack. Never again will I use this company.

After getting bites on lower legs intermittently over a period of 3 months I was looking for an answer as to what might be causing these. I contacted Pestsolution who were very understanding. Rhae initially came to assess and monitor our house and was very empathetic to my anxieties. On her second return she was able to put my mind at ease. Rhae is very understanding and informative, a credit to the company.
We have unclean neighbouring gardens which provided us with a very large set of rat burrows and from our very first call to pest solutions we had a very nice customer experience.
Portia was very efficient and professional. We had no sign of rats after just one visit. She returned a further twice but removed poisons as there were no remaining rats.

We got regular inspections done on two properties and Davie Lamont was very helpful with advice and setting up visits etc. Initially we had Clara doing the inspections and she was very efficient, and then Portia took over in Aberdeenshire and she was so diligent and very good at her job aswell. Would highly recommend this company for any pest infestations.

When collecting item was available things were fine. Now it seems everything is delivery only and they charge a PS5 for all deliveries. In this day and age of internet and bulk posting PS5 is ridiculous. We went to Duncan MacIntosh Trailers instead and they were amazing.
Whatever the manager is doing at the Arbroath site he/she should bottle it and spread it around other retailers, the staff at Arbroath are are excellent every last one, cheery and so so helpful, I hope they and the manager get their rewards.

Ben has been absolutely incredible at sorting all my pest problems!! He has been very flexible with visits and accommodating with my busy schedule. He is always pleasant on interactions and I definitely feel comforted and more at ease with his visits! Ben tops up the wee trays as well when needed, which helps keep my mind at ease.
