I am extremely impressed with the service i received from Maintenance Masters.i am in thr process of having property transferred onto my name, but one of the requirements is to have an entomologist come out to inspect the property and issue you with a COC (Certificate of compliance) certificate. I requested a quote online, and was pleasantly surprised when someone from Maintenance Masters head office phoned me almost immediately. Within the course of the same day a technician phoned me and a reasonable qoute was work out, and a day and time of my convenience was agreed upon for Chris, the technician to come to the property. I was even more pleasantly surprised when Chris agreed to come out on a Saturday, without any hesitation or complaints to assist me. Chris came promptly at the agreed time, and i was greeted in a manner that on old friend would’ve greeted me. On inspection of the property, Chris would as permission first from me before moving or opening anything. They are very promp, professional and friendly. He would also offer advice freely anything that i could improve apon. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Maintenance Masters, and i would highly recommend them to anyone. I was issued with the COC immediately, i my business was concluded quickly and hassle free.

I had Chris come and clean my lounge suite and king size bed, and was impressed with the feedback when they could not come due to rain, and the quick arrangements that were made as soon as the weather improved. I never once had to call, I was approached by Chris before I needed to call. The cleaning of the furniture was done well, and it was great to sit on a lounge suite that looked like new. I have an antique lounge suite that needs cleaning which I am only willing to entrust to Chris and can’t wait to see the great job will do!
We used Maintenance Masters for carpet and sofa cleaning. They were really great. Friendly service. Our carpets look good as new and were really filthy before they started. They go the extra mile and I’ll definitely use them again.
