I have been living in IRC accommodations since. 2009.all buildings colofull and neat.
The current situation is that internal street bricks are damaged.pedustrians are facing difficulties while walking.
Some toilet divider stones are damaged.
Management is supposed to be replce or repair streets and toilets.

Ordered deep cleaning of sofa. Work was done professionaly and for a good price. But yet 1 star rating from me, since one of workers used toilet without even asking. We have public toilet in out building and overoll it would be ok for me if he asked first. (even than I need to pay for cleaning later). In deffence of company can tell that they apologized and offered to fix it, but nevertheless, whats done is done. I can advice this compamy for cleaning service but want to warn you to tell that you toilet is private one (surpise). It’s good that they wasn’t hungry, maybe they would open the fridge and check what’s for dinner today.. Whatever. I have clean sofa now and bad mood. Try to not be in same situation. Good luck.
It seems they’ve been subcontracted to do some mores from sgs cleaning where I booked an appointment. 10 minutes after the appointment was to begin, the co-ordinate calls me to say there is some delays or conflicts in scheduling and his team can come 2 hrs later. I’ve stopped my business operations for them to perform a very important cleaning or equipment. Seems they have too much business to take new appointments or to attend to their commitment. Unless you don’t care what time they show up, I’d advise not book.
Kleen Tech is by far the most easiest and most customer friendly maids/cleaning company i have dealt with. Their cleaning services are great, but needs a little improvement. Their payment services include bank payment so you easily transfer the payment on the go. In general, they are quite satisfactory and timely and my go-to option whenever i need cleaning services. I have tried several companies and Kleen Tech stands out.

Always on time and they work every min so efficiently that it’s unbelievable! Many hours later we are still smiling on how much they’ve cleaned every corner, every window, put away, arranged, folded clothes everything!! I don’t have to say twice, they listen once and remember everytime!! It feels as if I’ve had them all day! Absolutely magical!! They are so energetic, smiling no matter what time you call and always leave with a smile! I have been using Solutions Hygiene for about 17 years now. I have always had excellent and reliable service from them. For example, in these 17 years just two maids accounted for over 15 years of service. This shows that their maids are well trained and reliable and I have not had need to change them except when eventually they have returned to their home country. I have found their prices reasonable and have never encountered any errors in billing. My only regret is that their license does not permit them to offer live-in maids, else I would have opted for that service from them.

Amazing service from SGS – I messaged them in the morning, got a prompt response and they were able to arrange same day appointment. My sofa is 4 years old and usually covered with throws because of how grubby it is (due to my kids constantly spilling drinks on it). They guys arrived on time and were here just over and hour and have totally revamped my sofa for me! So impressed with the results thank you Shafic and Naveen for your excellent work!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I have been using Easymaid services for the past 3 years consistently. One of the maids broke the attachment of my Dyson vacuum cleaner, which caused the filter to not open and therefore it could not be emptied out. The company said they would refund the repair, however, Jane the maid that has been regularly coming to my house told the company that the vacuum has been broken for many years which is a complete and utter lie. The Dyson was fully functional, and the attachment was working up until I left on holiday. I have proof from Dyson of all previous repairs, and the attachment was placed incorrectly by either Jane or Mae causing it to not release. To cut a long story short, Jane lied to the company, and now they won’t refund for the repair which they said they would. This is so unacceptable. The worse isn’t even the money, it’s the fact that Jane who has been coming to my house for 3 years, who we always treated so kindly, who met my whole family, who was always being gifted clothes and other items, had the audacity to lie about this. I sent video proof of the attachment broken, I sent proof of the repair from Dyson, I sent a video explaining exactly what happened and how I know for a fact that Jane lied, I called 20 plus times, and they ignore my calls. The managers are useless, and unprofessional. I will not be using their services anymore, and quite frankly cannot recommend this company to anyone.
If there is less than one star I would give to Jeevan the one in charge of booking.
I got a promise to have the same lady every time. First time he sent Margie who had an attitude issue. The following another 2 ladies who were very good. Then yesterday I found out that he is going to send Margie again without consulting with me. When I said no he sent another new lady. I had to mop the floor myself to finish quickly, a reception of 4*4 took from her 2 hours and I was the one who mopped it.
When I complained first that I am not able to train a new one each time, his answer was I have no word to answer you, we will send if she is available only. My answer was I am not going to use your services again, he said OK and refused to give his manager phone number. I said ok I am posting on Google so he called again when I mentioned about the review that ok i will send the same lady who took 2 hours for a small area and I had to mop myself!!! This a waste of time and energy not a service provider company
She left keeping for me the mop and vaccum to remove!!!

I am writing to provide feedback on the recent cleaning service I received, which was highly unsatisfactory. The cleaner arrived 30 minutes late and took another 30 minutes to clean just two lunch boxes, one milk bottle, and one water bottle without sanitizing them. She seemed unaware that she should at least clean the sink.
I communicated directly with the manager via WhatsApp to express my concerns about the cleaner’s speed and professionalism. Despite this, the cleaner continued to perform poorly, taking two hours to clean two toilets (one of which was a guest toilet).
The cleaner was in my home (which includes 2 bedrooms, one living room, 2 toilets, and one kitchen) from 3 PM until 10 PM. During this time, she accomplished very little. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned inside or outside, only the tops were wiped. She did not clean behind the cooker, dryer, or fridge, and the fridge itself was not cleaned at all.
Additionally, I had planned for her to be at my home for a maximum of 4 hours based on my years of experience with other companies. Instead, she stayed for 7 hours and still did not complete the job. This put me in a difficult situation, disrupting my work and my baby’s sleeping schedule.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and did not meet basic cleaning standards. I was asked for additional money despite the poor performance, which is unacceptable. I reported the issue within the first 30 minutes, yet the quality did not improve. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and the lack of value for the time and money spent.

We did not use their services. However during the initial booking stage their resposne was very laid back and they very constantly not answering the clarification part. They were only focusing on pursuing me to book their services without clarifying the services scope. Poor Coustomer Service!

Long time issue regarding the blockage in the drainage system of my balcony. Despite numerous complaints raised with your maintenance department via 800Tek, the problem remains unresolved.
The overflow of water from the blocked drainage is causing significant inconvenience and damage, as it is seeping into my apartment. This issue has persisted for far too long without any effective action taken to rectify it.
I urgently request your full attention to address this matter and implement a permanent solution to the drainage blockage. Prompt action is crucial to prevent further damage and restore functionality to the drainage system.
I had requested one touch up on walls for my apartment last week i called call centre they scheduled workers for monday ..
later for final touch up i called on tuesday , i was informed i will get a call no one called or bothered to schedule final paint..
today its a week finished still the work is not done and admin team and supervisor are not bothered .
why only good comments are visible .and the bad reviews are deleted..
its getting irritating that one tasks takes weeks to be completed and we have to follow up to get it sorted..
I want to rate them 0, however – way below expectations. In service industry- experience with 800835 is worst. The management is here to fool you and earning profits from the buildings. One of the esteemed group like FAB should know about the realities. They are not useful and don’t deserve to work in such a great country. as they pull down the standards to zero and make life miserable.
