This company is amazing and so professional. I had cockroaches issue at my apartment and when i contact them, Their team made my concern their priority. The assigned staff’s was expert’s and they did an amazing job. In just moments they could point to evidence with their great tips and info and done the treatment accordingly. Since then i have not face the issue regarding cockroaches after following their instructions. I will always recommend this company. Thank you soo much and keep up the wonderful work as usual.
Extremely poor customer service. I have been chasing them for close to a month and keep getting told “we will check and get back to you by x” – they never do and when I call back they say they’ll check and call me right back which they don’t for an appointment. Very unprofessional!

First treatment team showed up 1 hour late. Team were good however after 1 week black ants started showing up again. Discussed on next treatment drain cover would be removed to treat inside the drain. 2nd treatment different guy who had no idea this was the case and didn’t have the tool with him to do it. While the team appeared OK they need to communicate better and in the future don’t promise treatments that will not be completed. Would probably use a different company next time.
Edit: tried using them again. Same issue, treatment didn’t work and needed to get them back 3 weeks later for a retreatment. Guy showed up 2 hours early for appointment. Customer service lady on the phone was super rude about it.

I shifted to a new place but had no time at all for cleaning. Deep cleaning was a necessity. Very glad to see the change in house.
Without our presence they did the cleaning very well. Specially the kitchen, from top to bottom including the cabinet all was very cleaned.
From the day I called, the feedback was good though we had to follow up for the progress. There was no upfront notification on what’s going on, as we were in office, couldn’t go & check as well. But later, when saw the room it was a great surprise site
Now can shift to the room, without stress of initial hustle bustle cleaning.
Only thing was, no discounts in price But work was done pretty well

I have been using their services for more than five years and recommended them to a few of my friends who also availed of them. They were very good and professional. But, for the last one year, their pest chemicals are not working as they used to be, and their customer care has been pathetic. They will never reply and spoil your days and time to follow up with them on different phone numbers and WhatsApp; everyone will promise to call you back in 2 minutes or five minutes which they will never. It seems a company-wide policy not to follow up as I spoke with three different persons with the same attitude, exact words, the same promise, and the same result.
Had a very bad experience, they didn’t arrive at all even waiting for them full day, called them in advance & remind them that i have an appointment today & they ensured me of timely arrival, had to call many times later but nothing happened… further i asked them if you have location, they said yes… but after an hour of scheduled time their technician asked for location, which shared but later came to know that he reached some wrong location eventually had to cancel the appointment…! Simply that they don’t value our time, wasted our full day waiting for them & nothing happened ….
worst pest control.. if you want to do pest control please refer to some other pest control. they are cheating customers by doing bad treatment and cockroaches will not go and the gel they keep a thin layer so they don t have waste more and charge more. when asking for follow-up.. they choose their own time to come and when you call the office, there is no manager, some office boy is in charge who does not know how to do his job and answers you do whatever you want, i don’t care. this pest control will not last for long with such attitude
