the man who came out was very professional until i asked him a question , I paid over 300 for the service of mouse extermination with locked plastic boxes of mice poison , I asked him would it be free for replacement of the mice poison when the new ones were no good anymore he assured me i could get them replaced but he said they do last a long time, so about two years later i asked for them the be replaced , and was told it was way too late

They said it had to be done in 100 days , which the service man never mentioned to me at all in the three times i asked him

I asked my service man about three times for sure I can get these replaced and he said I could , otherwise i never would have used their service … it was expensive. NOw they tell me 169.00 dollars more to have them replaced

NOT VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND THEY DONT BACK WHAT THEIR SALESMEN SAY TO CUSTOMERS I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

We called with a major cluster fly problem and in two days they came ran through possible issues we need to address and a treatment plan. We returned later that day and cleaned up the remnants of flies and proud to say we have not seen one fly yet! Major improvement over 10000’s no kidding!
Bill and his staff were great took the time to explain along with sending pictures of findings! Customer service was great love the added humour not so serious, made trusting and a bad stressful situation run smoothly!

I would defiantly recommend them to everyone I share my experience with!

I have used Martin’s Pest Control over the last two years for ants and spider control and they are absolutely amazing. Totally cleared up the problem and regularly maintain without me having to be involved!

The thing I wanted to share is that I had recently reached out to them to ask for a suggestion on what to do with a hornets nest that was recently discovered at our cabin out of town. I was very worried about my small kids getting stung they not only told me what to do (on the weekend) but also brought me the product and didn’t even charge me. They care about their customers and that means the world! USE THEM!
