When calling to make the appointment the woman was extremely friendly, polite and very informative. She made sure I was satisfied with the service I chose and scheduled the date to accommodate me. The technician was prompt and walked us through the process of the initial treatment and maintenance program. Like anyone at first I was skeptical about the process, but after the initial inspection and the information provided by the technician – Nima I knew we were working with the right people in this business.
The process was straightforward, preparation instructions were easy to follow and the results spoke for themselves.
The small but mighty team – Nima, Arian and Behrad arrived on time and began the treatments as discussed and indicated in the contract. Such a calm and fabulous crew to work with. We first connected with Brilliex when we found a young, dead bird on our porch. It was the Saturday of a long weekend but Ray came over and not only cleaned up the dead bird but also found a nest in a nook on our roof.
Ray and his team came over to seal the section of our roof where the nest was but were able to humanely move the birds into a temporary nest (a few inches away from where they were) and allowed the baby birds to naturally leave on their own.
Since then we’ve had Ray and his team come over to treat a racoon issue in our backyard and even help us with a chipmunk who entered our home.
Brilliex offers a great variety of services and has has amazing customer service. Ray always explains the issue and how to treat the problem.

Raccoon had gotten under our deck. It seemed to not be there anymore when they arrived but they did a beautiful job sealing the deck at the spot where the raccoon dug underneath.
He also did an inspection around our deck to show us vulnerable spots and explained how we could do it ourselves to save some money.

Troy provided exceptional service by being very personable and punctual during this entire process. He is a simple, logical personality and also very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided 3 neighbours with a thorough check of our townhouse roofs and units searching for any holes or dusruption from squirrels. He took time to look in each of our attics to observe any potential damage or hazards due to our complicated scenario. I found a family of sibling squirrels had made home, rent free, in my roof/soffit. Gates Wildlife control was recommended by many on a local social media page. From the first phone call, the professionalism was second to none! I was able to schedule a first call out in less than 48 hours, and the job was subsequently assessed and completed within about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Patricks expertise and efficiency. He placed a one-way gate to ensure the squirrels were out of the space, before coming back as promised two days later to permanently, seal off the space. He fully assessed the rest of the roof and advised on 4 other areas to be sealed. All work comes with a one year guarantee but Patrick left 100% confident that would not be required. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise. I would 200% recommend!
After I discovered that raccoons had been tearing back our soffit, I requested a call-back and site inspection.
Joel arrived the next day and inspected the roof, infrared scanned the attic (no critters found) , checked the chimney and came up with a quoted plan.
An hour later everything was buttoned-up with a promise of a follow up visit in a few days. A minor repair was done, one-way door removed and final screen secured. Joel was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Payment was easy via E-transfer and communications from the office was prompt and professional.
I am more than happy to have Gates back to the house again should the need ever arise. I highly recommend this company to any and all.

Amazing customer service. Had yellow jackets that were making a nest in a wall and we made an appt with him asap. Tech came and solved the issue without having to damage my walls.
The yellow jackets were still hanging around for a few days but the tech quickly came back and applied more poison and I haven’t seen a yellow jacket since.

I did know how bad of ants problem i had this summer until i called Amco Pest control services. They took care of the ants by providing me a quote which was better then any other quote i got. I was taken care of with Amcos professional staff, and they even gave me warranty for the season.
Had a huge ant infestation in our house. AMCO was super helpful and efficient in removing them and gave us tips on how to keep our house pest free! Would definitely recommend them 10/10

Backing onto a ravine with lots of bushes and trees, we would not use our backyard very much during the height of summer due to the mosquito population. Since having Mosquito Hero visit once a month – we are finally able to enjoy our backyard. They warn us well in advance of visit so that we can take care not to use the yards after application – we usually give it longer than the minimum of an hour – and we are very happy with the service. Brian and Jesuran spoke with me to confirm completion and ask if I had any questions – much appreciated for the doggies!
Excellent service. And Felix is the guy to go to, no matter what the property size is and he is very patient to explain you and does his job very well. Me and my neighbour both deal with mosquito hero and we both deal with Felix and he takes care of the mosquito issue as both of us have kids that run around the yard and no need to worry about mosquitoes in summer.
