It is one of the biggest food retailer in Germany. The staff is very unpolite sometimes even rude. Not helpful at all and very incompetent. If you want to buy something product from the broshure and the product and the product it is not on the shelf the staff told me that I can order it and when the product is available they will give me a phone call. The lady at the information desk at that time told me that I should not pay in advance for what I have ordered but when I received it. Then I checked twist during the promotion period at the information desk the person behind it said that I should wait for the phone call. Then I went once again and the other lady from the staff told me that I can not get anything I have ordered but because I didn’t pay and the product now is in the system as a product of ordinary price and not on the promotional price. So why I should be put under this situation? I am a client and they have lied to me. Because of theese reasons I should not recommend to go and shop from there.will. very disappointing in Kaufland in DE.
