We have recently moved into a new apartment and I visit this store at least a couple of times a week on a regular basis. 🙂 It’s a paradise for a DIY’er and a place where almost all the staff know their stuff. They are not only patient and friendly (anyone can do that for money) – they know the products they carry and they all know very well how to use them. Worktop oil, low pressure kitchen tap, circular saws, furniture hinges, wall outlets – not only you can find it all – you will find people who will tell you how exactly you can use all this. When an idiot delivery guy damaged the worktop the store replaced it at its own cost. Returns? No questions asked. The prices are decent and often lower than on Amazon.
The only thing that’s not ideal there is the waiting time. The store is huge (like a football field), and it is quite popular, so you might have to wait for half an hour till it’s finally your turn to ask the seller your stupid questions (well, at least almost all of my questions are usually quite stupid). I am taking one star off for the waiting times but you know what? The wait is usually well worth it.
I will visit this store many more times and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to you. 🙂
One of the biggest Bauhaus stores I have been in. Whatever you came to buy, you will find here. I was intimidated by sheer size of the store, so I went immediately to salespersons. Some were more willing to help than others (something that seems to be symptomatic for Germany) but after 2 salesman, third was the luck. Lovely elderly lady not only pointed where product is, but led me to it. Herzlich Dank to her.
Till workers were fast, often someone will jump in to help speed things up. So one can say it is well organized. Unless you speak German, forget that you will get anything with English. I would gladly recommend shopping here. Product I’ve bought was cheaper than in online stores, and shops that are supposed to have it don’t have it. Plus, Bauhaus is shop I would not at all expect to find item I sought. So my thumbs up for this store.
Friendly workers, helpful, understanding of foreigners broken German, close to Kaufland so easily recognisable, the only weak point might be the entrance, in the beginning I wasn’t sure where the entrance is, but it’s not that hard to walk around

An incredibly big space full of flowers and knickknacks. One can even bring one’s own plants to be put to new flower pots. I like some people working there, some others seem to have no clue what they are selling… I like the easy going air. The space is very well arranged. Prices are reasonable. And there is also a bakery, so you can have a cake or a snack in a big space with tables. A little pricey, but mostly worth tasting.
My favorite place to buy any plants or garden supplies. Excellent quality, great selection, fair prices, friendly service, and Christmas tree delivery! The location is convenient for those without a car (near a U-Bahn and the Car2Go network). What more could you ask for! The cut flowers are great, too. I always go here for seasonal plants.
We visit Koller in the past 3 years on a regular basis. Great selection of plants, tasteful seasonal decorations. The Christmas selection is outstanding. The breakfast area is lovely with the plants and offers a good selection of food.

The management of the store is not well when it comes to training of their employees. A third of them are great, the rest Need customer service training as they often talk to other employees while customers need help. When you interrupt them to help, they often give you short answers without showing signs to really want to help. It is frustrating to find good help there.
Nice big store with a great selection. Staff is very helpful, every time I look for something they patiently show me the place and the options available and help with choosing the best product for me. Everything is nicely organized, clean, servixe is fast. Self checkout places work amazingly. Visitng the store quite often for everything related to home and garden.
It has just about anything related to home improvement you could need. Friendly staff and self check out options. Credit cards are accepted. There are child strollers with small cars in the front for a child to sit. Additionally, there are small child carts if they want to purchase a drill or grilling accessories for their dads.

The first time I came to this place back in 2021 I was very surprised by all the types of plants, flowers, and garden everything if you think of a plant, a garden tool, or even garden ornaments, this shop will have it. The reason we came the first time is because we decided to grow our flowers, to our surprise, we found more than we were looking for, our children love to come here because of the ornaments, all kinds of types, sizes, very detailed and for every taste, bee-houses, bird-houses, just amazing things for you to explore and kids satisfy their child-curiosity to the fullest, every time you bring them, they will be amused, by the way, they have also a book section that is also very interesting as well as a section for kids activities. The best part is how this store follows the seasons and my favorite is the Christmas season because you can find good quality typical German Christmas ornaments and you can spend a good amount of your day exploring what they have, which is tons of things.
They have very clean restrooms, even for toddlers, a very good bakery with good coffee and a veggies/fruit stand with reasonable prices. You can pay cash or your debit/credit cards.
The staff are friendly and always eager to help.
Parking is not only big but also is free.
I can spend hours there: impressive diversity of plants and gardening accessories, also some nice home decorations and candles. Special appreciation to consultants who patiently help diagnose and select the best plant protection product.
Despite the name, apart from plants this place offers food and even coffee. When it comes to plants, this place deserves its reputation for being the place to go for the purpose of shopping for garden and plant related items.

The best hypermarket i know in Stuttgart may be the only one available. Recomnded to be visited btween thursday to sunday since i recognized good offers (price discounts) at this time. The widest range ever from food and beverage. Another important thing i noticed is that there are Halal products in a special stand. The online store also provides a good range of products, and mobile phones could be bought there. Kebab and Pizza imbiss available.

Located just beside the Ubahn station wide varieties of items can be purchased here in addition to household items and groceries. Vegetables are always limited and quickly run out if you come in the evening. Bananas are rare to find here. Huge collection of confectionery and frozen items. You can get everything!

Please don’t shop here. It’s another business going through the place with by towing cars. I was yesterday at the store at 3:40and came out from the store at 4:30. the women at the counter gave me chit saying my car is towed and I can pick it at the place. She says that she called my car number but I didn’t report. There was no calls on the shop for cars. To take my car I had to pay 249EUR yesterday. It seem a hidden business going through the place with the counter lady. She says she the boss. Toom Baumarkt is a Good Place to shop. But not this place. be careful they are clever.
Nice & easy to go around. Near the centre.but big BUT the checkout girl, without any reason, looked at our shopping bag, no excuse me, no pardon, no manner ..atall..my sister said it’s ok don’t make a fuss but if you do that in our supermarket (uk)without any reason. They’ll bite your head rightly, so ..can’t put your nose where it doesn’t belong to bad manners.should be addressed by the managers.never again..get the old blond tall woman out ..she’s not good for your business
Staff was clearly undermanned and they did not carry hoovers because hoovers are considered an electrical appliance? Nevertheless, I was able to miraculously find what I needed despite knowing it previously existed. A Store Associate helped me in deciding which products were best for my needs. An additional star for that person.

Very little help from workers who don’t know much about the area they’re working in. I found better information from their app, which I have because I started shopping here before I had a car- so it was more accessible through public transport. The section with screws, nuts, bolts and washers is a constant mess! Yes I can still get some things there, but I make it a point to only go if it’s on my way to or from somewhere else. If I need to go to a hardware store specifically, I go to Globus Baumarkt in Kornwestheim. It’s just a bit further, but a better shopping experience with helpful employees.
You find what you need and at ok prices, but unfortunately they are understaffed at this location. There is no one to help you. Also, the goods are stacked in a way that makes it difficult to reach what you need. You have to move heavy objects to reach what you need underneath. The layout on 2 floors makes you cross the entire first floor on half of the ground floor only to return to the cash register. While I know this is marketing it makes it difficult especially if you already have objects you carry around or a cart.
I just love Obi. Whatever I went there to buy I found it. It is easy to find whatever I am looking for. Last time I couldnt find the price for a product but plenty of stuff member to help you out.
Also I went there with 2 pictures to help me connect the washing machine and they escorted me to the right product in 1 minutes.
So yes great shop!

Few weeks back, I visited the OBI at Wangen. As soon as I entered, I found Frau Bhatti assisting and helping me in a very friendly manner. Being a auslander I had challenges in communicating in German. But thankfully Frau Bhatti assisted me in English conversation and guided me on the purchase. Even she helped a bit more to install the heyOBI app and helped me to get the benefits of it. So to summarize, my shopping experience at OBI was very smooth and Frau Bhatti made it easy for me. Thanks to OBI for having such a friendly and understanding staff.
I have waited alot to get someone s help but waited almost 30 minutes I was unable to get someone who can guide me the right product. That’s why I am giving negative feedback.

The garden center is great! I would just add that whom ever marked the lines for the parking spaces must be a motorcyclist. The spaces are so narrow cars have a hard time getting in and out- so they park in two spaces and then what’s the point anyway? Other than that, top notch service and garden/ pet center!
Perfect place to get whatever you need for your balcony or garden. Good choice for get stuff for your pets (or even pets like hamsters, rats, fish and insects). The quality is excellent and the prices are affordable. Recommend!
