Unacceptable customer service. A young employee felt the need to argue with us while at the store about a Cat which had bit the customer. The Cat belongs to the store and has for a while now. The Employee arrogantly said that the customers are at fault for letting the cat bite them, we strongly disagreed, especially given the injuries the customer suffered. While we aimed to leave the store, the employee would not stop arguing and yelling at us, at which point I asked him to leave us alone. He said no, and then even threatened to fight me! This may sound absolutely absurd and ridiculous, but it happened! How can an employee threaten a customer, no matter where you go! This is unacceptable and I recommend that people who aim to seek good customer service should stay far, far away from here. What a shame.

Yesterday evening I went this store for buying a battery and in from of the battery rack, there were 4 employees. I asked them if they can speak English or not and one of them raised his voice saying an extremely loud NO. He was very rude and talked to me in German with an extremely angry tone. Thanks god that there was a middle aged blonde lady that was trying to correct the situation and helped me a lot. This weird guy was still talking something to this lady and lady was trying to stop him talking. Thanks to her she found my battery. No one has a right to talk to me in that manner, especially when I prefer your store to shop. I will never be there again for sure.

Extremely rude customer service/no customer service. There was no one at the store and the 5 men “working” were just standing and talking together. We asked for help but they just ignored us and said they called a guy to help us… As if they were too busy… Then the man who came to help us (cutting a piece of wood )said he couldn’t do it even though he was technically working at the cutting department at the back of the store. So we left. What a waste of time and very racist and unhelpful workers…

Nachdem wir selbst nicht vor Ort als Verwaltung agieren konnten, waren wir mit FS-Hausmeisterservice sehr zufrieden. Wichtig ist fur uns als Verwaltung bzw. dem Eigentumer sowie auch fur die Mieter der Hausmeisterservice, der als Sprachrohr fur alle Parteien tatig ist. Herr Sijarina hat uns wie auch die Mieter immer uber den aktuellen Sachstand mit Dokumentation/Bilder informiert, stand immer fur zusatzliche Arbeiten zur Verfugung und hat mehr als die vertraglichen Leistungen erfullt. Die Zusammenarbeit war sehr vertrauensvoll und zuverlassig. FS-Hausmeisterservice kann ich meinerseits jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
