A great hardware store. Very well stocked and helpful staff. A bad encounter yesterday when I was told by the help desk staff that they did not have time to do my VAT form and to come back in an hour or tomorrow. As I had traveled some distance to shop here and didn’t care to have to drive back another day, I contested this and insisted they do the VAT form or do a refund on the large purchase I had made they eventually, grudgingly consented and did the paperwork. The two people behind the desk did not look at all busy. While this was a bad experience, in general it is a great place to shop and I will return. If something like this happens a second time I may consider shopping elsewhere.
I am for first time in Globus Kusel.
Before I was going only to Globus Kaiserslautern, but this time I’ve decided to come here and check what they have.
Yes, it’s true that it’s a little bit more kilometres from K-town, but here the shopping it’s so easy, it’s not that crowded as in Kaiserslautern and it’s more quiet and relaxing.
I bought a some wood for the garden and the prices are very good, even it’s better prices from Toom in Landstuhl.
Next time when I am in Kusel definitely I will return to this shop.

Changed my review after my last Visit. Asking employees where something located in the store is like a game to them. Instead of taking a few seconds to show you, they point (in the wrong direction) and just try to get rid of you. When I asked where to find distilled water, the employee literally pointed straight up, and said in the auto section. Thankfully there is no upstairs in the building, so I only had to search for distilled water for about 10 minutes after the help from the employees

Ganz klar 5-STERNE!
Also ich mag den Laden… auch wenn er nicht wie die meisten heute mit Parkplatz und grosser Flache ausgestattet ist hat er was gemutliches wie eben fruher, das Sortiment ist trotzdem sehr gut und es gibt eine gute Auswahl, und stets nettes, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal wo sich wirklich manch andere eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden konnten.
Ausserdem finde ich das Konzept “CAP” gut, eigentlich ein ganz normalen EDEKA auch mit deren MARKENWELT und Preisen von EDEKA nur das dort u. a. eben auch Leute mit HandiCAP eine Chance bekommen und einen Job der Ihnen offensichtlich Spass macht, was man auch als Kunde wieder reflektiert bekommt finde ich gut und unterstutzenswert und mich wundert es, dass es nicht mehr solche Laden in SB also auch in anderen Stadtteilen gibt…
Service schlecht, Mitarbeiter unfreundlich bei der Pfandflaschen Ruckgabe wird es schwierig.
Maskenpflicht und Abstand Fehlanzeige.!!!!!
Es werden immer falsche Betrage ausgezahlt, kaufen darf man noch.

So wie es sich gehort fur einen CAP Markt in Saarbrucken oder in anderen CAP Markten. Aufgeraumt, nette Mitarbeiter, wenn man was will und es ist nicht da wird es bestellt und es kommt! Am liebsten wurde ich da arbeiten .

This is my family’s favorite grocery market. We shop here about two times a week because we can find almost everything. Prices have generally become higher lately but still acceptable compared to other grocery stores. You have a free Wi-Fi access for the whole shopping time.
I wish to see more Halal and Vegi products. A wider variety and expansion of offers will be surely welcome.
I highly recommend Kaufland Homburg!
Kaufland is these days the best place to shop, not only for groceries. Prices very acceptable, often great merchandise on sale. Absolute customer friendly return policy. 3 years warranty granted for electrical appliances. I can absolutely recommend this place.
Kaufland is a nice market , it has been converted from REAL into Kaufland, but not as big as Real, it was double story market ,but now its only on ground floor, but you can find most of things here.

I could not believe my eyes when I had only 4 products and there were almost 30 customers waiting at only 5 cashiers that were open (while other 6 were closed)
Unlike in the Netherlands the German supermarket still have no automatic cashiers nor fast lane for customers with less then 10 products.
The manager was not even there to complain and all of this in time of the Omicron.
This kind of supermarket should be fined by the regulator.
I like very much this supermarket but there is one little problem. The shop opens at 7h00 but unfortunately even if you come at 8h00 to shop, the vegetables and fruits are not on shelves yet. Very annoying!
To be fair, when they saw me waiting they gave me what I needed.
Good prices, personal really great, Good Quality. Only hope it can have customers card like delhaize have for promotions and reduce prices.

As for me, it’s the best grocery supermarket in Saarlouis. I live in Schwalbach, but usually prefer taking bus here, instead of going to local Lidl or Aldi.
Globus has ENORMOUS choice of everything, and even very high-quality products like special Italian kinds of salami.
The prices are little more expensive than in Lidl (not for all, by the way), but it’s not a problem, because quality and service are perfect.
Moreover, lots of workers here speak English, and it’s very important for me, because my German is very very bad:0
Also, on second floor there is a very big section of all kind products for home and cosmetics, i can even say, that it’s like small Amazon, so much products you can find here.
The only problem is the app. It’s not a problem of this Globus Store, it’s a problem of Globus shops network. It’s not stable and it loves resetting all of my Scan&Go in the middle of the shop, making me feeling bad and requiring to scan all items again on cash desk:(
Globus is a complete supermarket and shopping area. Starting from daily necessities, wanting to buy gifts, you can even buy electronic equipment at MediaMart, you can pamper yourself at the salon, shopping for clothes, as well as a restaurant. Several places were still closed during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to a complete shopping area, Globus is also clean, friendly cashier service and several cashiers so we don’t need queue long, a large parking area and moderate prices.
One of the biggest supermarkets I have ever been to. They have 2 floors, the upperfloor is for everything nonfood and the bottom floor is for evrything food. There was not a single product that you can not find there. Staff was also great and the parking was free and the spaces to park in are wide and long enough even with a big car. The aisles are not super wide so if it is busy it feels crowded but thats okay.

Always, always, always super cramped with random stuff in the alleyways. Almost impossible to navigate through the mess of stuff they are stuffing down your throat. Maximize Sales display at all costs, who cares if people enjoy their shopping experience. Money first it seems.
Was not as good as we hoped . as another one we went to had more and better products . but did have English cider and a good one ” also had 1 Irish cider not too pricy ‘ but was worth the visit .
It’s a shopping centre. Not much more to say. Sufficient parking space, lots of wares inside and additionally there is a bakery located inside the building.

It’s really hard not to find anything you need here. The place is huge and the prices are reasonable, even if Kaufland is a bit cheaper. I’d like to see more special offers, too.
