Wir haben Fa. Lichter im Mehrfamilienhaus beauftragt, um die wochentliche Reinigung des Treppenhauses durchzufuhren, die Einfahrt zu kehren und die Mulltonnen raus- und reinzustellen.
Die Reinigung ist so lala, aber eine Katastrophe ist die Unzuverlassigkeit. Es werden ohne Ankundigung einfach mal die Mulltonnen nicht rausgestellt, so dass man auf dem Mull sitzen bleibt als wenn die Mafia einem eine Lektion erteilen will.
Auf E-Mails wird in letzter Zeit nicht mehr geantwortet, Worte des Bedauerns gibt es es nicht und Besserung ist wohl ausgeschlossen.
Aber schon, dass sie in Suchmaschinenoptimierung investieren und hier Anzeige sponsoren, wenn man nach Hausmeisterservice sucht…
ich bin seit Jahren Kunde bei Herrn Lichter und mochte mich bedanken fur die immer schnelle und sehr gute Ausfuhrung. Der Qualitatsanspruch ist hoch und ich erfreue mich im Fruhjahr immer einer sauberen Terrasse, Fenster und Wintergarten.
Ich kann nur jedem Kooperationspartner abraten mit diesem Unternehmen Geschafte zu machen. Absolut unserios und vollkommen unnotig. Hier hat man es definitiv nicht mit einem Profi zu tun.

I want to tell about the very bad service I got in this place.
First I was so excited about shopping there so I just took everything I needed and when I ended up in the cashier the total was I bit more over what I had in my bank account so I asked her to take away 2 things she was so mad at me because of that and told me she have to call some manager and the manager was not nicer they told me they can’t take away anything and I have to leave the shop they took everything from me and started to be sorry for the other customers. I have never had that bad feeling in my life before they embarrassed me so much. I’m never going back there again!!!
Not as big as every Kaufland store. Few little sea food (fishes) are missing from the availability in the store.
The billing area is too conjusted and compact.
Also body care products are in minimal availability, I mean multiple products.
The vegetable and fruit Sortiment is definitely good enough for the home needs. I believe we can get all the items typically a family needs for household consumption. Also they are quite fresh most of the times.

Have a good enough variety of goods, but expect a long line for cashier…. I think they need to put more people for cashier.
Update 10.5.2022: the headcount in cashier seems like improved. No long line observed in the mornings.

Einfach nur grossartig, wie die Fa. Schwenk in einer schlecht zuganglichen Ecke unseres Grundstucks 3 Baume gefallt und die Wurzeln entfernt hat. Zum Einen standen die 12 bis 14 m hohen Baume bis zu 0,5 m nah an den Hauswanden unserer Nachbarn, zum Anderen standen/stehen in unserem Garten Straucher und eine Statue nahe an den Baumen, was die Platzverhaltnisse zum arbeiten erheblich eingeschrankt hat. Die Arbeiten liefen absolut zugig, fokussiert und prazise, professionell und mit viel Erfahrung und Leidenschaft zum Beruf. Mit sehr viel Sorgfalt und Umsicht wurden die Baume gefallt und die Wurzeln entfernt. Dabei wurde keine der umgebenden Pflanzen oder unsere Statue in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Zudem war der Garten nach Abschluss der Arbeiten sauber und aufgeraumt. Chapeau ! , besser geht’s nicht. Jederzeit wieder mit solchen Profis. DANKE!
Machen einen super Job. Haben bei uns 2 Baume gefallt und Obstbaume verschnitten. Ging Ruckzuck und alles war perfekt. Super nettes Team, auch im Buro. Die Planung des Termins war auch kein Problem. Auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Meinem Sohn wurde dann noch die richtige Nutzung der Zugsage erklart. Baumpflege Schwenk konnen wir zu 100% und mit absolut gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, da hier auch das Preis-Leistungsverhaltnis stimmt.
Die Baumpflege-Experten von der Firma Schwenk haben wieder fantastische Arbeit geleistet. Es wurde alles beseitigt was nach drei nicht mehr auf dem Baum war und mein Baum sieht jetzt besser aus als ich selbst. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und wurde das Unternehmen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I was living in Gerlingen and always going to Kaufland for shopping, there was always good choice of fresh vegetables and fruits, then I moved to Unterturkheim and started going to Kaufland hier as well but it is a disappointment, if i compare it with Kaufland Gerlingen. Here, in Unterturkheim, I never see fresh vegetable. It is very limited and most of the time already rotten. I would like to see here a better produce section.
Except that, the rest is fine.
We all want to reduce our CO2 footprint, that’s why i prefer for daily shopping to use the bike, unfortunately Kaufland, does not really support a green policy. This is how you are suppose to bring the cart to your bike, unlike most supermarkets which have the bike parking places near the entrance, Kaufland in Unterturkheim has it outside of the shop parking area, over a metallic grid, in the meantime car owners can almost park inside the shop
Big choice of products, very wide change compared to most discount grocery shops. And most importantly, very good prices. Navigating inside can be a big annoying because of a middle ailes that completely prevents going from one side to the other. You’re forced into a single way tour of the shop. Shouldn’t be problem to most shoppers though

The only reason why it’s 4 and not 5 stars is due to the construction/move certain products. The prices are good enough and if you go there on a weekend its not crouded. Edit: the date is 17.01 2023 and metro changed for the worse sadly it was smaller then last time it seems to me that a section getd cut off by purpose if I werr to rate the selection now 4/5
The prices (especially when it comes to certain food types) 2/5(I understand that this os due to inflation and tax evasion)
The Metro restaurant is the perfect place for a quick lunch, good quality food with a choice of 3 to 4 dishes everyday along with fruits and salad.
