Ich war heute, am 20. Oktober 2023 gegen 14:30 Uhr im Laden und ein junges Frau mit Brille arbeitete an der Kasse.
Unprofessionelles Verhalten ihrerseits. Sie hat mir nicht einmal eine Rechnung gegeben, als ich nachgeschaut habe, wo die Rechnungen ausgestellt werden, wurden dort uber 3 Rechnungen gesammelt.Sie hat zumindest nachgefragt ,,Mochten Sie eine Rechnung?” Nicht einmal das.
Das ist so unprofessionell von ihr.
Die Verkauferin ist verpflichtet, eine Rechnung auszustellen, aber sie tut es nicht. Alle ihre Rechnungen sind dort bereits gesammelt, neben dem Automaten, der diese Rechnungen auswirft, schrecklich.Das ist ekelhakt anzusehen.
Sie verstosst vorsatzlich gegen ihre Arbeitspflicht, und ihre Arbeitspflicht besteht darin, freundlich zu den Kunden zu sein und eine Rechnung auszustellen.
Nie wieder, ich gehe lieber in eine andere Drogerie.
Click&collect bestellung von Mitarbeiter geklaut!
Achtung Betrug! Meine Express Abholung in Hohe von 85EUR wurde wahrscheinlich von einem Mitarbeiter geklaut. Die ware war nicht da zur abholung. Dm kundenservice geht dem auch nicht nach. Leider ist die Filiale extrem schlecht gefuhrt, sonst mag ich ja dm aber von der Filiale kann ich nur abraten. Zudem dm sich jetzt weigert die bestellung zu erstatten, werde ich dm zukunftig meiden mussen!
Toll das ihre interesse am kunden vortauscht. Laut email habt ihr gar nicht ermittelt! Nur weil es offentlich ist, tauscht ihre hier interesse am kunden vor. Ich werde dafur sorgen, dass an die verbraucherzentrale, zeitung und polizei geht. Ihr habt mich dauerhaft als kunden verloren.
Bin hier eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden. Es kam vor, dass Sachen online als vorratig angezeigt wurden, im Laden dann aber nicht vorhanden/nicht auffindbar waren. Ich bekomme hier aber eigentlich immer alles, was ich brauche. Das Sortiment konnte etwas besser sortiert und aufgeraumt, die Mitarbeiter*innen etwas kundenorientierter sein.

8 Kunden stehen an der Kasse an, die Kassiererin diskutiert mit der ersten Kunden und kann das Problem anscheinend nicht losen. Also verlasst sie nach langer Diskussion die Kasse und geht in ein Nebenraum wahrscheinlich um das Problem mit der Fuhrungskraft zu besprechen. Von den weiterhin wartenden 7 Kunden, ergreift einer die Initiative und lautet die von dm installierte Glocke (die nun komischerweise so angebracht wurde, dass sie von einer normalgrossen Person nur noch schwer erreicht werden kann?) um eine weitere Kasse zu offnen.
Nach einer Weile kommt die Kassiererin wieder zuruck, diskutiert aber weiterhin mit der ersten Kunden und es kommt leider niemand und offnet die zweite Kasse…
Nach freundlicher Frage ob denn keine zweite Kasse geoffnet werden kann, weil das Problem offensichtlich nicht so schnell zu losen ist, kommt von der Kassiererin nur die kurze Info, dass die zweite Kasse bereits geschlossen ist…

Liebes dm Neu-Ulm Team, Service am Kunden sieht anders aus! Mit nur einer anderen Aktion hatte die ganze Angelegenheit entscharft werden konnen, und der Einkauf ware zu einem positiven Erlebnis geworden. So leider nicht, schade!
Ich liebe diesen Markt, und auch die Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, den in all den Jahren gab es keinen negativen Kritikpunkt. Egal welche Frage ich hatte, ich wurde immer ehrlich und kompetent beraten! Freundlichkeit zum Personal, bedeutet auch Freundlichkeit zum Kunden.
Dieser dm war fur mich eine neue Filiale, weil er etwas versteckt liegt.
Es gibt sehr viele (kostenlose) Parkplatze zumal in diesem Areal mehrere Anlaufstellen fur Kunden vorhanden sind. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeitet wirklich kundenorientiert. Ich fuhl mich wohl dort.

We got recommended this shop by a colleague of mine and we were in a direct need of a tile cutter. Needles to say, we bought one here and its amazing, I mean I can’t get enough tiles with that beast. The prices were more than fair and service was pretty good, language barrier was non-existent since two employees I interacted with knew English very well

Es lohnt sich bei Frau Arslan sich beraten zu lassen. Schnell, pfiffig Kompetent und vor allem sehr nett und aufmerksam. Keine Kompromisse notig.
Die Qualitat und der Preis haben sofort gepasst. Keine unangenehme Atmosphare wie bei manch anderen Baustoffhandlern.

Large Selections with multiple discount, promotions. The downside is staffs don’t speak English very well. Even for business’s assistance. It is a little bit hard for big business like Metro. Hope they can improve this in future. The rest are ok.
Guter Grosshandels-Supermarkt, aber fur Kleinabnehmer eher weniger geeignet, weil die Preise teurer sind als im normalen Supermarkt. Es gibt aber naturlich Produkte, die fur Gastronomen wichtig sind (z. B. Verpackungen fur to go u.a.).
Besuch wegen einer sehr langwierigen Reklamation. Die lag aber nicht an de Metro. Sondern an Hoover und dem Service-Techniker. Die Mitarbeiter der Metro Neu-Ulm sind ausserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Everything you need under one roof with great variety and collection with discounts. It’s very easy to find your way around.
There is free parking on the rooftop. From there it is possible to take the elevator directly to the shop. There is also the possibility to enjoy coffee and cake at the bakery. In the entrance area you will find a Xerox machine, an ING-DiBa cash machine and a coin deposit machine. There are self checkout features that are great and save a lots of time.
affordable price for grocery shopping. Esp products of Kaufland itself are cheap and surprisingly of good quality..esp confectionary items. Everything is under one roof. They also keep good supply of halal frozen items like kofte, burger patties, etc.
I don’t know what it is, but I really don’t quite enjoy Kaufland stores by concept.
This time I took also just a few products that I happened to remember the prices in other stores and they didn’t really differ either.
Not really my place.

Not the best Baumarkt in the world…. Typically very tatty looking inside, with a lot of items with no price, dirty, and out of place…
The Powertools section is particularly bad, besides Bosch and Hitachi they have lots of not very well known brands that aren’t even cheap, the displays have tools which are broken and unpriced….
The whole place just looks a mess inside really, which doesn’t send a very good impression….
Think I’ll go to Hagebau or Toom next time….
they have everything and offer it at a cheaper price than the competition and with higher quality.
you can buy nails and screws per piece instead of a bundle.
However the options are sometimes limited and you may find some better equipment at bauhaus or baywa.

This bauhaus has a lot more than the other in same area. We can find some cheap piece of woods here, with top quality. I always try to come here when I have chance. The staffs are nice and really helpful as well

Good shop with helpful staff. Unfortunately the guy who helped us choose the windows we bought didn’t lift a finger to help lift and I’m now laid up with a wonky back…
Update: went round after not finding anything across the road. Came here and although only wanted a dust mask was pretty much ignored by all staff, who all seemed to be suddenly occupied by some other pressing ordeal when I came with a question about the mask I found and wanted, but after waiting beside two “info zones”. The first being the correct one where the two guys there were too busy finding out a price in the computer that they couldn’t spare a glance in my direction I went to the next info desk slightly less than 3 away there the girl said that it was nothing she could help me with and that I had to go back and stand at the first info desk… Here the two guys were now helping some other guy. Eventually one of the younger guys came over and tried to help but as he didn’t know anything anything on the aisle I was on he also couldn’t help and suggested I wait behind the guy who was now being seved at the first info desk… Really not happy and will most definitely buy online with some other shop. They were not bus and I was doing my best to stay polite and friendly. Complete waste of a morning…
This review is only for the Zoo and Garden service desk employees. There was a very nice and helpful store associate who tried her best to resolve a price issue I had with two large pots I wanted to buy. The pots were reduced price but rang up at a higher price than was on the sticker. She called the manager +4 times but they never answered the phone. Her Co-worker, a friendly man who spoke some English joined the effort and found a solution. These two people put the customer first and should get a pay raise for their hard work and dedication to deliver excellent customer service. There was also another woman in Zoo and Garden who (on a separate visit) help me find the price for 4 red planters; was extremely helpful and friendly. The people in the Zoo and Garden department are retail professionals, who take pride in doing a great job and taking care of their customers.
In contrast, the cashier at the front of the store would get minus 5 stars. She was smug, completely useless in every question I had, and uncompassionate.
Hornbach in Ulm is a great place for any DIY enthusiast. From tools and materials to services and advice, this store has it all. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They have a great range of products and the prices are very reasonable. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate around. The store also offers a range of services such as cutting and drilling, so you can get exactly what you need for your project.
The store also has an online shop which offers a wide range of products and services. The website is easy to use and navigate and the delivery time is very good. The customer service is also excellent and they do their best to make sure you are satisfied with their products and services.

Another terrible shopping experience at this place. Wanted a simple first mask for sanding. However this is not an option here. Apparently they either don’t thing anyone would need one or they don’t sell enough of them. So I decided to go with the 3,95 mask on special offer… When I questioned why the checkout machine wanted to charge me 26EUR I was told that it was because I was apparently too stupid or just wanted the masks at a better price. It was an honest mistake by both myself and probably the shop, but it didn’t have to escalate. Really hate the attitude of this plane. So I’ll be shopping online from now on, (and not at this place).

Dehner ist meine personliche Anlaufstelle um Blumen und Zubehor fur den Garten zu kaufen, weil sie schon prasentiert werden, man sehr leicht findet was man mochtet. Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf Insektenfreundliche Pflanzen, die sind super ausgezeichnet und die Qualitat uberzeugt mich immer wieder.
