First class service. Needed assistance after some wasps nests were discovered by our tradesmen during refurbish. These were under floorboards inside our home! Swift response to initial email even during the weekend, and delighted the fellas visited within 36x hours. Alarmingly 12x nests found!! All old ones fortunately, but removed upon request and plenty of advice given. Very pleased with such professional and courteous service.
Chris came to look at resolving a potential pigeon problem under my solar panels. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. As a result of his advice I probably don’t need to do anything, saving me and my neighbours a lot of money! But if I do in the future, I would not hesitate to go back to him. Thanks Chris!
Where others shyed away at a swarm problem, Jess and Nick were both keen and responsive. I received a highly professional response from them, the appointment time was kept and my pest problem was sorted quickly and professionally. Whilst not cheap, the cost of treatment is minimal in comparison to making repairs, had the problem not been tackled. I can highly recommend Agripest management.

Unfortunately we had rats in the celling space between our living room and bedroom.
I found the company and messaged on Facebook, Martin was very quick to reply and came the next day!
Martin came several times to try different options. This included having to get under our floorboards and in the loft to set traps. My wife has a phobia of rats so Martin gave the option of poison which we took up!
Really impressed that he had a camera (didn’t charge extra) to check in the drains, turns out we had an old pipe from the sewer which Martin blocked for us.
So all in all a very professional service from Martin who knows his stuff at a very fair price.
No rat noises for 9 days now so fingers crossed it’s all sorted!!
I had a rat living under the counters/behind walls in my kitchen that my cat caught. Martin came out as soon as I needed, and worked hard to locate the rat, identify any potential routes in and out, and he eventually caught it. He was professional, on time, and able to respond quickly when I needed (it took three visits, but with several methods, he finally got the rat). He was very thorough and I would not hesitate to contact Martin again if I have any problems in the future.
Martin is highly recommended! We called him when I noticed signs of a rat living under the floorboards at my elderly mothers house. He arrived promptly and set about not only catching the rat, but thoroughly checking and eradicating the entry and exit points the rats were using.
Martin is a lovely guy, communicates throughout what he’s doing and is always on hand to answer your questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.. 5 stars!

I called Vermex this morning to get help removing a new wasp’s nest in our Garden shed which had a queen.
The company was great to deal with – they passed on my details to their service team and someone called me back and they were with me within an hour.
Very friendly, responsive and professional local service and they dealt with the problem very effectively; removing the nest and queen.

What a brilliant company. Rang up and they arrived within minutes as they were actually passing by en route. Checked the garden and confirmed my suspicions that there was a rat run through my garden and my neighbours’ gardens. Clearly explained action, costs and estimated number of visits to eradicate the problem. Offered extra reassurance that should the problem not have been solved within the standard timeframe they would continue weekly visits free of charge until my garden was safe again. Great communication, professional and achieved the desired result within weeks. What a huge relief and peace of mind to enjoy the garden without the distress of rodents scurrying about! Highly recommend. I hope I do not need them again but if I do.., I know who to call!

Katie came out promptly and quickly put me at ease with her friendliness on the first visit regarding my pest problem , she is very thorough and knowledgable on the subject of vermin .
They were very thorough and were able to advise me where the pests were entering from and gave me advice and wire wool to block the gaps with as well as leaving poison in the roof space with enough poison until the pests had been eradicated.
They made enough visits until the problem was and stays hopefully solved .

Superb service. We called Total Pest Control when we thought we had mice in the loft. Dave came out promptly and confirmed that it wasn’t mice, but rats! Dave and Katie are very knowledgeable and professional. They identified a possible entry point which was quickly sealed and assured us that they would be with us until the problem was sorted. They have been absolutely true to their word. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks Dave and Katie for an outstanding job…..hope we don’t need to see you again anytime soon!!

We have had an on going issue with rat infestation in the loft.Phoned a few different company’s that just wanted to put poison in the loft. !!! Went with yor pest control as the reviews were all 5 star. Great choice, so wanted to leave my own review.
When rob came he fist checked round to find the entry point which was not where we thought it was. Then set traps and cameras with in a few days the traps did their job. Camera footage showed evidence this was the entry point they were using.
We wanted the loft cleaning and all the infested insulation removed. Which rob sorted for us again with in the wk. He disinfected the loft and we are now rat free. Thank you for an excellent service and would highly recommend for all your pest control .
Very professional service, Rob was helpful, friendly and punctual. He investigated the problem thoroughly and asked lots of questions to ensure he worked in the safest and most efficient way. This was most appreciated as I have children and a dog, so I knew they would be safe from harm. Rob kept me informed all through the process and was always ready to answer my questions. I was happy that he was very discreet, my neighbours had no idea of the problem. The total course of treatment was completed within four weeks, with no inconvenience to me or my family and was very reasonably priced. I hope I won’t need to use him again but if another problem occurs I won’t hesitate to call him. Top class service!
I would highly recommend Rob, he came today to see me at my shop in Harrogate, I could hear something in the suspended ceiling, I was very distressed, Rob was very kind and reassuring to me and after a few minutes found the problem, which was a pigeon, he saved bird and released back into the wild, after ruffling it’s feathers and giving it a peck on the lips the bird flew off.
