Absolutely pathetic service and practises from this company. Try to charge for services that have been cancelled, refuse to raise credit notes for services they agree have not been delivered and say they will refund then send threatening overdue account letters for debt that isn’t due with contact details on for you to ring or email. They’re too busy to answer the phone and ignore all email. Absolute jokers.

I called nomorepest1 after having a massive wasps nest inside the chimney breast of my house, which were getting through into the living room in their hundreds, it was quite scary.
A lovely gentleman came round with all his gear, and started straight the way, the process took about 40-45 mins…….. no more buzzing sound!! 6weeks later still not come back…. brilliant.
I would recommend this company to anyone who need help with removing any pests, very friendly, and professional too, no job too big or small for them and very reasonable prices.

This company is the very best and just has amazing communication and humanity. For context we had just moved in to a new house in Northampton from london after 1 week of giving birth to our first baby, as we stepped into the property my partner was bit by fleas – the whole house was contaminated with them. We had no where else to go so survived the first few weeks with literally mopping the whole house EVERYDAY with vinegar whilst regularly checking my newborn for bites and trying to keep her in high places. It all became too much with healing from labour, mopping and still counting flea bites. I tell you it plays with your mind to go through that, I felt like I was being defeated by fleas and felt angry the previous owners had left the property in this state knowing I would be fresh out of hospital. We couldn’t continue to live like this, we began researching exterminators but we needed one that wouldn’t use such strong chemicals that would be dangerous to my newborn. We found Abington Pest Control and from the very first phone-call they were so understanding and accommodating and assured me that the chemicals used were safe for my newborn as long as I gave it some time to settle. Simon knew we’d we out of the house so after spraying stomped around the house to really awaken any fleas. And I can now say after 18months we have had 0 fleas since Abington pest control came. I just want to say a massive massive thank you to Simon and the team especially the receptionist who was so so lovely. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. I called Simon after we discovered bed bugs. The nasty critters had infested one room so we needed to treat it and the surrounding areas urgently and thoroughly. Simon gave great advice as to what to do before he arrived and went on to explain how the treatment would be carried out. On the day he was fantastic: professional and thorough. Simon also went on to explain how the treatment would continue to work over the next few weeks. Very thorough indeed. Really pleased with Abington Pest Control. God forbid we ever have any pests in again, I’ll be calling Simon back out. Job well done. Money well spent. Five stars.

The damp proofing done by rentokil at my house. I am inptessed by the professionalism of the staff from survey to damp proofing.
Also the work was done in reasonable price.
Plus no one else provide 30 years warranty.
All in all it was great experience.
Cant say enough, the man went above and beyond , very polite and friendly, explain everything he was doing , made sure he made no mess if he did he clean it up ..followed covid rules ..would definitely recommend
Candy, Andrea and the onsite engineer, Ashley, were very professional. I didn’t think it was particularly cheap but for a 30 year guarantee I guess it never will be.
