Called and attended within one hour. Knowledgable and dealt with the wasps nest problem and not had them return. Work is also guaranteed. Followed up next morning of his own accord with a further inspection to be sure wasps were gone. A top service, good value for money and a thoroughly nice man. Highly recommended.

Due to a derelict property next door we have had a recurring rat problem on and off for over a year. Various John O’Conner operatives have visited and all have been helpful, pleasant and efficient. We seem now to have settled with Martin Robinson for our last few rounds and he has proved to be as good as the previous guys, displaying a good sense of commitment and enthusiasm. If you have to have a pest issue this is definitely a good company to have dealing with it.
Martin R visited us numerous times in order to help us eliminate the rats we had running through our walls! He was always very polite and friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even went above and beyond and checked the loft, twice, to make sure we had none up there. Once the problem had been sorted he came out one final time to make sure we were clear before he signed us off.
