After speaking to 4 pest contractors and getting quotes for a rat problem under our decking and garden shed we opted for iX5. This proved to be a great decision, the service provided was excellent, they arrived when they said they would and maintained good communication with us throughout until the infestation was resolved. They were also friendly and professional and provided good value for money, coming out more times that anticipated at no extra cost. We would thoroughly recommend them to others to resolve pest control issues.
Matt was excellent from start to finish. He was professional and friendly and very helpful with our suspected mouse problem. He walked around the house highlighting any potential entry holes for the future and recommending steps to take which was just what we needed. He had WiFi movement triggered cameras which were a great addition. When the issue took less time than expected to resolve Matt offered a partial refund – something I wasn’t expecting but was very grateful for. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Matt is extremely prompt and professional. I’ve had him out to my property twice in the past year — first to remove a honeybee nest and then secondly to spray against cluster flies that I’ve had trouble with every summer for years. In both case, Matt came out for an assessment, evaluated the work that needed to be done, explained each process in a way that was easy to understand, peformed the work, and cleaned up after without any delay. I recommend hiim wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend Gary’s service. It beats the other companies we’ve used by a long way: he doesn’t try to up-sell you on unnecessary products, arrives on time, efficiently diagnoses and treats the infestation and has eliminated the moth problem. He contacted me proactively to arrange the follow-up visit and offered flexible timings for that as we have kids in the house. He also offered lots of advice for household prevention and an excellent ongoing service. Thank you, Gary!
Gary was so friendly and approachable from the first call. He accommodated us so well with dates and times we needed and always turned up on time. He was excellent at locating where the problem areas were and even went the extra mile removing some carpet that was unnecessary in our wardrobe and was causing a big issue! Great on advice too. Highly recommend!

It’s a real shame WILL come across as a real genuine person That knows what he’s talking about, That’s far from what actually happened. Will visited me twice and he did not resolve my problem. In fact he charged me a hefty bill for something that didn’t cost a lot and turns out, I didn’t need it anyway. I did contact him regarding this issue and I haven’t got anything back since. He assured me that he knew exactly what was going on, but absolutely clueless. Please don’t waste your money with this company go to a professional that knows what they’re doing with professional equipment.
