Wayne and Sarah closely work with myself for our office and there skills, communication and ability is great! They are approachable with any issue and are always willing to talk and discuss options. They have a great attitude’s with standards and legalities and would prefer to give someone the correct standards for the correct pricing than be like other companies which only do bare minimum and with high costs such as others well known companies. I would highly recommend pest master to anyone at all!

This company gives more than just the paid service – They are friendly and prompt and the key thing is they provide free advice without any pressure on how to help prevent and deal with these sorts of issues – I highly recommend them
What a professional company, I’ve had an ongoing problem with rats at my commercial premises which numerous other pest control companies couldn’t sort out until I called the Pestmaster, treatment started promptly and the results are clear to see. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Having paid a builder to sort damp in kitchen, only to find out he hadn’t a few months later when the damp came back we were keen to get it sorted. Contacted Rentokil who very quickly, arranged for their surveyor to come out. Adrian Kay was excellent and quickly identified what did and didn’t need to be done. He understood we needed it done quickly got the quote to me within a few hours of visit, and we paid the deposit that day and got a date within a week. Matt and Josh turned up on time, were friendly and professional and did a great job chipping off plaster to the wall (again!) and replastering. All looks good and Ithe work is guaranteed so we are confident it won’t come back. Office staff were also great and very helpful. Thanks everyone!

They initially came to the property and did a very thorough survey. Identified all the areas that needed addressing and provided advice.
Once I was ready to go through with the works, Rhean contacted me. Rhean was friendly and organised a convenient date/time to suit me. She even provided a reminder call to let me know Josh would be the technician and when to expect him.
Josh Sweet was very professional and did a good job. Josh was friendly, gave his expert advice where asked and left the place clean.

Had a rat issue at my property and tried locally but found them to be pricey. Thought I would contact Killverm who were quite obliging and came to visit me. Neil came assessed my issue and explained my problem and explained how he would help. He wasn’t pushy and told me to think about my options and gave me a price which was less than I’d been previously quoted. I contacted Neil and said I would be happy for him to come and get to work ridding me of the rats. Neil came out twice and i haven’t seen any rats, he has been in contact a few times so can’t fault his aftercare service. Dawn told me she could get rid of the nest and it is still there. She told me she would be back and 2 weeks later she is still a no show. She has ignored all messages and hasn’t had the decency to reply. Totally scammed me of 90pounds!! And now I have to find someone else to clear the nest which is Gunna cost even more money!! Thankyou for scamming me Dawn. I would of preferred to spend my money on my autistic son as his needs are costly but that clearly doesn’t bother you. Absolute waste of time!!! I will be taking this further to get my money back so refunding will be alot easier because I won’t be letting this go!

Just returned from holidays to be greeted by swarming wasps on the front side facing house tiles OmG…After calling numerous other companies none could attend until Thursday so four days wait. Called Steve via the web number advertised and he was near my location. He attended with 25 minutes and resolved the Wasp issue within a short time. Excellent service and would highly recommend to family and friends.
