Found Tony’s pest control company via a local Facebook recommendations group. After a bit of research I found a plethora of glowing 5 star reviews on different websites so felt reassured. My elderly parents had a rat issue which had been ignored way too long so I wanted to get it sorted quickly. They were heard many times but the final straw came when my mum came face to face with a rat on top of her tumble dryer! I called Tony late afternoon on a Friday explaining the issue and unbelievably he went round to their house within the hour (!!) to assess the situation – he was chirpy & obliging. Tony concluded that the rats had access to various via pipe holes coming into the property then had happily set up home within the cavity walls of the kitchen extension. A plan of action was put in place and everything was explained fully with either a call or text updates. It was quite an expense which was a bit of a shock to be honest as it wasn’t a one off visit fee but Tony and his son gave an excellent service and were very patient with my parents. All round excellent service and professionalism. Thank you Tony.
We had a starling nest just under the edge of our roof causing an infestation of mites into our kitchen, and as soon as we found Bovers and spoke to Tony we felt instantly reassured – he was extremely friendly, professional and informative. His communication was also great while we were discussing the issue via text and arranging for a time to visit us. He was able to arrange to visit us within 2 or 3 days of us making contact and was very prompt (even arrived early on both visits!). He was also very patient with all our questions, giving us very informative and detailed answers, and ultimately did a great job. Extremely happy with the service we received, we’d definitely use Bovers again and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs pest control!
On a Saturday morning I found a dead fox in my garden. I searched online and found a good quote on Bover’s PVDC website. I left a message through their website. In minutes I had a reply that they can come later on that morning. An hour later I had a call that they are on their way and in few hours since contacting them, they already came and removed the fox from my garden. Excellent communication and pleasure to deal with. I want to thanlk Tony and his son for their swift and efficient action. I highly recommend their services

No cooing, no pecking, no scrabbling on the roof in the morning and NO wet pigeon mess to greet us as we step out the front door! Having had solar panels fitted to our roof, one thing we hadn’t expected was an influx of pigeons. The infestation was so bad, it was driving my wife and I crazy. Daniel and the crew, thank you for sorting the problem for us. Every day that I drive up to our house and see the roof totally clear of pigeons, I say a silent thank you to you. If I come across anyone in the same predicament, I’ll point them in your direction. Great job.

Daniel gave me full details of what was involved beforehand with a very fair quote for removing the Pigeons, nests, cleaning the area inc. the solar panels and sealing up with wire mesh. He and Josh turned up bang on time and got the work done very well and efficiently, would definitely recommend. Nice people to deal with.
Had pigeon problems and needed spikes installed. APC were very professional, responsive and did a great job as they had promised. No hesitation in recommending and using again.
