Very pleased indeed with the service provided by Matt, I contacted him after I realised there was something in my loft at 6pm on Friday evening, by 7 pm that same evening he was in my loft identifying the problem and laying out traps, the offending squirrel was trapped a few hours later! Matt then returned to remove the squirrel and traps, and found where it had entered and closed off the opening.
Matt provides an excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable I would not fail to contact him again or recommend him to anyone.

We had a wasps nest in our attic, gave Matt a call and he came out straight away to sort it out for us at 9pm, was here within 15 minutes. Absolutely incredible service, he is a lovely man with a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend.

Mark has helped us out a few times, and is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently, we had another dreaded mole in the garden. Unlike previous occasions, when I’ve tried to catch or deter the mole myself (unsuccessfully), I didn’t wait until I was tearing my hair out to call Mark – I rang him straight away and he came the next day. He laid the traps in the garden with Dave, and on his return visit a few days later, he checked the traps, and the problem was solved. Totally brilliant! We can’t recommend him highly enough. In the time we’ve been using him, he’s dealt with fleas, rats and moles, and his treatments and methods always work, with minimum fuss or hassle. If you want peace of mind, and to know that a particular pest problem is sorted, he’s your man.

Ultimate Pest Control was absolutely brilliant, came promptly on Saturday evening. Knew where the rat got in, knew everything about rats. Discussed and let us choose what to do with pros and cons. Have not seen or heard or smelt rat again!!! I throughly recommend this service and it is not nearly as expensive as others, and is not a money grabber. Had a hornet trapped in our lounge that wouldn’t leave. Very polite and professional with lots of knowledge and help before and after doing what needed to be done. Happy to come out late at night with was a massive bonus and was quick too due to being local.

We started using Oaklea Pest Control to get rid of mice and rats. Since then they removed a large hornets nest as well as dealing with an ongoing problem of squirrels in an outbuilding roof. Professional and effective. Would definitely recommend.
