I’m not really one for writing reviews, but on this occasion I feel a must. I Cannot recommend Emily and her services enough. We had a rat problem which she sorted for us and our neighbour. Her professional approach, knowledge and skill in dealing with everything was faultless. She identified, sorted and future proofed the problem and after a few visits she soon had the horrid ‘rattys’ moved out! and I can once again sleep in peace.
I would highly recommend Emily and her Lion pest control services services. She does exactly what she says on the tin!

We have used Emily half a dozen times over the past year and would highly recommend her. She has dealt with mice, rats and hornets and provides a very professional service. She does not just put down poison and hope for the best but actively looks for how the pests are getting in to the house , so that they don’t come back. She is very knowledgeable and experienced , her costs are reasonable, she comes when she says she will and is a nice person too. Cannot recommend Lion Pest Control highly enough.
Emily was quick to respond to my enquiry, returning my call within an hour and giving me a choice of times and dates she was available. She arrived on time, was very friendly and respectful of our home, she is very knowledgeable and explained what her course of action would be to sort out our rodent problem. Very quickly after contacting Andy “Pest Off”, we agreed an appointment time for him to visit. There were 2 occasions I’ve needed him.
He had good knowledge of the wasp and rat problems I have had. Explaining how each had got into the property and how he would deal with them.
After the rodents and wasps were baited and powdered respectively, he used good communication and gave instructions about what I needed to do to help the situation and also prevent it from happening again.
i.e. Filling holes in the stone walls, checking the bait, etc.
He made a follow up appointment to make sure things were sorted.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Andy from “Pest Off” to anyone and using him again myself in the future. 10/10 service.
Our next door neighbours used this guy ( Andy ) because they thought they had a snake problem! It was slow worms lol. Andy explained to them that are protected and harmless. He then came to me as next door and explained to me also and had a quick look around and found a nest in my compost. Brilliant
