Honey bees had been living in our wall cavity for over 4 years so there was rather a lot of bees, honeycomb and honey to remove! on top of that a section of the wall had to be removed, brick by brick to access the nest and then re-built after removal and cleaning. Tracker Pest Control did a fabulous and caring job, making sure as many bees were saved as possible and re-located and keeping us informed of the process as they worked – at height on a hot day! They also provided photographs of before and after of what was quite an intense nest there in our wall!

From the moment Jack came to site to survey he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me, there was an active honeybee hive within the chimney and that it had probably been there a long time. He gave me lots of information and came back with a quote quickly. Lady Bug came the day following a phone conversation about suspected mice in a cupboard under stairs after finding rice and debris in my son’s school shoe!! Freak out obvs and my worst nightmare any sort of rodent or bug!
Lady Bug were very friendly and knowledgeable from the outset. When the technician came he reassured me that the problem was easily resolvable. The technician also checked the kitchen and confirmed there wasn’t any evidence of them being there (thank goodness) and gave me signs to look for to see if they had. He advised on sealing up some areas to stop them from coming in.
They’re due another visit next week (Ladybug not the mice!) and have advised us after this visit to seal up some holes etc in the cupboard as this is where they’re coming in.
If you have any pests you need to get rid of I’d really recommend Lady Bug!
Fantastic service, Vicki responded to emails across the weekend when unwelcome visitors were seen & arranged visit for Monday, accommodating my prior commitment. Operative was very professional & kind & told me everything he was doing as we went along.

I was dealing with a mice issue and decided to call Pest Piper for help. They were able to book me in promptly, which was a relief. They scheduled two appointments for me: one to set up the poison and another to proof the house against future infestations.

I got in touch with Saxon management as I had issues with bed bug……I didn’t realise it at first as I thought it maybe a spider as I kept getting bitten every few days. So i spoke to Ahmed who said they can help and arranged to come over and inspect before starting to put the solution. He was reassuring that this solution will work and maybe a 2nd solution will be needed but after that all should be fine. I paid the full amount on the first visit as he said they take payment on first visit and he will get the company to send me the invoice. It took at least a day or 2 for the invoice to be sent and i had to chase for this. After the first solution was put I had to wait for another week for the 2nd solution to be sprayed. I got bitten again after 2/3 days of putting the 1st solution.
Ahmeds brother came on the 2nd visit and I told him how I can’t sleep well anymore due to something in my room and I sleep on the sofa and not the room. He said the 2nd solution should work hopefully…..I messaged Ahmed to say I got bitten again and I hope this 2nd solution should work. Again he was reassuring this 2nd solution will work.
After few days of the 2nd solution I was bitten again and messaged and tried calling Ahmed to say the solution hasn’t worked as I’ve got bitten again…..he saw my messages and didn’t call me when I left voice notes to call me. He messaged later on to say they will have to come again and he can’t do the day I called him….as you can imagine I wanted this fixed ASAP as I couldn’t sleep and this was really affecting me. As I wanted this fixed ASAP I looked around for someone who can help me. This new person I found managed to fit me in at the end of the day and put a solution once. The solution he sprayed seems to have fixed the problem thank God.
Ahmed have not once called me to ask if everything was ok and if they should come around. Clearly shows they don’t care about customer service and just takes the cash. I would definitely not pay on first visits again until I’m satisfied the work has been done correctly. Feel like I’ve been ripped off.
We had a squirrel issue in the front of the house (gable area). There were multiple squirrels getting in and out from a gap between the tiles and guttering every day. They did a good job in disturbing me in the early hours of the morning!
Ahmad and team dropped by on the day that I called them – they quickly diagnosed the issue and got going with the remedial work. They turned up when they said they would and communicated with me throughout the three times they visited. I didn’t have to chase them (something that I hate doing as I’m busy with work during the week). These guys are professional and reasonable and I highly recommend them.

A brilliant Pest Management company based in Ilford. I called Saxon Pest Management to explain the issue in my garden, they arrived on the same day and started the treatment. They returned in 10 days to check the status and carry out a second round of treatment to fully eradicate the issue. Ahmed explained the process and advised the best way to manage the issue, fully aware that I have young children in the house.
Saxon Pest Management was recommended to me by my brother for the work they did at my family property and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Daz seemed very knowledgeable and confident that he would be able to resolve the mouse problem in the rental property. The mice do seem to have been eliminated, with no sign of any return.
He was very reliable, turning up as agreed, and was communicative and flexible about all the arrangements. He was friendly and easy to deal with, as was Leanne in the office.
I would definitely contact Darren with any future pest problems and would recommend his service without hesitation.
The communication with the original customer service team was excellent and it was very easy to book an appointment.
The service was also excellent, with both Daz and Stephen working very effectively to identify the issue with our mice, and being able to cut off their entry points quickly. They were at our house for a total of around an hour for 3 visits, which was very quick and ideal for us. The price was also the cheapest we could find online.
This is the second time I have used Pest Control East London – went back as they did an excellent job the first time. They are professional, timely, tidy, efficient and flexible – to the point Stephen will bring a ladder in order to put a mesh on a first floor outside vent on their next visit. Good service, can recommend.

Michael provided an excellent service – he was really friendly and helpful, talking us through the process. When researching different providers Integrum provided the best quote and I liked that there were no surprises – what we paid upfront was the final cost and the three visits were included – lots of other companies seemed to charge per visit even though it was unclear how many visits were required. The initial consultation by phone was efficient and 2 appointments booked to address black ants. At the time I specified that currently not an issue but described what happened previous year and as weather warming up wanted to have it looked at. A very nice man came the forst visit, looked around, sprayed and laid bait. There were not so many ants at this time.
Two weeks later another man came. Spent about 5-10 minutes where I described what was done before and then barely treated anything and left.
Two weeks later ants and flying ants spilling from doorstep.
At the time of initial booking I asked how effective treatment would be and if failed that they would repeat treatment at a reduced price.
I called to discuss and was advised to email photos etc which I did. A few days alter called again as I heard nothing back. Was told it was being reviewed. A week later no news. Emailed again and new photographs.
Another few days pass and then I receive a nameless email detailing that as the second visit was recorded as no activity seen that I would have to start again and book and pay for new treatments.
Really poor customer service.
Waste of my money sadly.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Colin. They’re knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice people to deal with. Mark took the time to find out what we needed and give some honest advice. He was one of the only companies to provide a detailed written break-down of the work he would do.
His quote wasn’t the cheapest but for a very good reason. Most installers wanted to use cheap plastic mesh and either screw or glue it to our panels. Mark and Colin use high quality metal mesh custom cut and wired in place to the frame rather than the panels. They took the time to do this job properly and were very particular about the finishing touches like overlapped corners.
After installation Mark took photos to prove his work which gave me even more confidence in the job. Finally they cleaned up and washed down perfectly.
We were plagued by pigeons living in our solar panels. They made such an incredible mess but finally they’re gone and we’re so happy. Thank you Mark and Colin.
So happy I found this company. Please please do your homework when looking to get your solars bird proofed. I had this done with an other company and had to get them back so many times. Birds then got in and nested underneath causing me so much hassle and stress. Mark and his colleague arrived on time, they removed the nest, cleaned everything including the gutters. They even replaced some guttering for me and cleared my garage roof. The steel guarding was cut to size not like the previous proofing. My roof is original so quite uneven in some parts which is why the birds got. Not the cheapest but I’ve learnt the hard way – you get what you pay for. The 15 year guarantee is brilliant – a great local company who I will definitely be recommending. Thank you!
Mark was extremely helpful at removing the pigeons and nest from under the solar panels! I did a quote request online and he got back to me straight away! When we phoned him up, he informed us that he was going away next week but squeezed us in before he went which we were extremely grateful for! He gave us plenty of information so you knew he knows what he’s doing. He also made sure that the solar panels were up and running properly before leaving. He couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried, very happy with the service. Would highly recommend! As you can see, we’ve got some very unhappy pigeons at the moment…

I had A mouse (or so I thought).
My property management first sent someone out in January after my initial sighting. They didn’t check anything behind the baseboard and were extremely condescending (I’m American and didn’t have any experience with mice).
After a few more sightings I contacted OG Pest Control. Oscar got back to me the same day and was able to come for the initial inspection that same week. He quickly found the problem – 6 holes in the kitchen and noted that the mice had likely been visiting my flat for a few YEARS.
Oscar was thorough, polite and flexible. He came repeatedly, slowly filling the holesin the kitchen while monitoring for any additional mice. He worked with my crazy travel schedule.

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I’ve had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. We then found out there wasn’t an infestation, just a few Beatles who love wood, the agents were honest, put down sealant and promptly called the office for me to get a partial refund. The office did call and that’s all sorted. So professional and reasonably priced, I would not hesitate to call them again.
