I have used Marks services in the past for an Ant infestation and for a mouse that had gotten into the house. Each time mark came he was on time, attentive, very knowledgable and got the job done with very little fuss. His prices were very competitive. I liked the fact that he would make follow up visits to ensure the problem was gone for good.

Mark helped to get rid of mice in my mums house, she’s 94 and doesn’t like strangers, he was very professional letting me know what he was doing. He then revisited to check and rebait the traps, the mouse problem has now gone. Would thoroughly recommend Mark.

I have used Anthony and Kwik Pest for over 2 years now – cant fault them! Quick service, pests sorted every time – if it doesn’t work he’ll come back with no question. The guy knows his stuff! I even asked him to sort an issue that wasn’t in his remit and he found me a good contact who I could trust to do a good job for me. I have to use a much larger company due to being part of a group but I use Kwik Pest for any remedial work – slightly less cost but twice the service!
Anthony has provide a first class service in finding the reason and managing the rat issues in the rental property I am managing. His has visited twice and will come again, in this time he has explained every step and immediately replies to my phone messages. He gathered the information from the tenants and acted on. I had mices in my house and Anthony discovered that they were coming from my neighbour house (property let out to a family), there was holes in the exterior wall.
He setup a Whatsup group (landlord, Anthony and myself) to get the holes fixed ASAP.
He arrived twice to inspect my property and arrived on time.

I called Liam at Total Drain care in a total panic as I had an urgent (and horrible!) issue with drains at my house. He sent someone out within 2 hours, had it cleared immediately all while keeping me calm! The long term repair was then priced that day – he was honest and said they would try the cheaper option but it couldn’t be guaranteed until the work started. The work was then booked in the next working day and luckily for me the first plan worked!
Throughout all my dealings with the company Liam and his team were knowledgeable, reliable and very understanding.

I highly recommend Total Draincare. I’ve used them for several jobs: CCTV drain surveys, unblocking drains and soakaways, and adding inspection points and leaf filters to downpipes. Their communication is good, quotations are clear and itemised, and their CCTV survey reports are first class. Not every job was straightforward, and when they encountered obstacles they generated options and persisted until the job was done. They were quick to call when opportunities arose to bring non-urgent work forward, and when we needed them in an emergency, they were out within an hour.
Contacted Total Drain Care Ltd on Friday afternoon with an emergency camera inspection needed for sprinklers, team arrived fully equipped on Saturday 8am…found the problem along with some stone and mud that needed clearing out of a 90mm mains…They then went and got the materials need to do this job rather than do a revisit because of the urgent nature..
seriously unbelievable level of service..was absolutely amazed how helpful they were.

Luke provided excellent customer care from the moment we contacted him. He was understanding of the distress the bed bug infestation was causing us and explained the heat treatment to hey offered and patiently answered all our questions.
By its nature the preparation you have to do to the house (moving furniture etc) beforehand was disruptive but necessary, to ensure the job could be done successfully. Luke and Craig arrived promptly on the day of the heat treatment and gave us confidence and reassurance about the process. They kept us informed (videos and pictures) as the day progressed so we could see how things were going. It took a while to put the house back in order afterwards but it has been worth it …. We are now over a week post-treatment and have been bite and bedbug free! It feels like we have our life back!
Luke has kept in touch to see how we are doing and with the 6 month guarantee we know the service is there again, should we need it. It seems unlikely!
Would recommend this company – they really value their customers and take pride in delivering good service.

I reached out to HEAT after a third round of chemical treatment was proven unsuccessful. I was already exhausted by the situation. Luke explained the process and answered all our questions in the days coming up to the treatment. On the day Luke was reassurant and sent us videos of the process. I wish I could have done the heat treatment from the start: if it seems like a lot of prep and disturbance when you receive the detailed instructions it is not as bad as the disturbance caused by the chemical treatment. It has been 20 days since Luke’s work and I haven’t had issues since. I would definitely recommend Luke to my friends!
Luke and his dad were a great pair of lads. The service provided was excellent. They were clearly very experienced and knew what they were doing. I wasn’t too sure how to remove the heat detectors but they kindly helped out and even put them back when they were done. Luke was also very knowledgeable about the whole process and what needed to done to eradicate the bugs. Would recommend to anyone dealing with this issue.
