The technician came and just look. Despise having been told there was a an active wasp nest three days ago it just looked from the distance he coma back with a “it’s cold they have probably died”. Didn’t bother to close check and we even have scaffolding in place to get to the corner of the roof where they are
They only offer a bait based service with no guarantees. They do not guarantee it because it does not work! Terrible customer service after they have your money really rude and don’t like you asking questions. The only reason the council use them is because they are the cheapest
as useful as a chocolate teapot – paid PS100 for a few visits and some bait poured out, nothing else, wouldnt check drains or do any investigation as to where they’ve coming in. Dont waste your money
