I was returning an outdoor firepit that had cracked after its second use. I approached the staff member at the returns desk who acknowledged me by staring, I had to ask if this was returns, and she nodded. I presented the faulty product and receipt and explained how the fire pit cracked while in use, which was met with silence and more staring, I had to ask her if a returns was possible and I would be happy with store credit, she said nothing.
She called another member staff over and they conferred and confirmed the product was faulty amongst themselves.
The first staff member then asked the only words she spoke in the whole transaction “Do you want an exchange?” and I asked for credit please. This was done in silence and she turned her back to blue label the returned item, I had to further ask if all was sorted and did I need to do anything more, a shrug told me I didnt.
I was polite throughout and thanked them both several times through the service and again at the end but I was made to feel like I shouldnt have bothered
I work in retail/hospitality so I am not expecting a glowing service but Simple manners, decency and customer service were absent. I would be embarassed if myself or a colleague of mine behaved in this way.
AVOID THIS STORE!!
Sold me a returned item with a defective high pressure hose.
Customer care will not replace the hose.
I must waste 2 hours of my day to return a defective pressure washer that was opened, soiled and sold to me AS NEW.
Please see photos of the item I was sold as it was opened – showing scuffs, marks, dirt, and a defective improperly fitting high pressure hose.
This was sold at full price, and not otherwise noted as a returned item.
Hang your heads in shame, this is not how to treat your customers.
Bosch have been useless also refusing replace the faulty hose.
Look at the pictures – this was sold to me AS NEW!! No wrapping, it was marked, scuffed, and clearly had been returned due to the defective hose.

The store itself is decent my problem come from the security team and the staff who man the self service tills I have never be made to feel more uncomfortable in all my life going through the self service tills you are watched like you are stealing things from the store staff standing meir inches away from you it’s disgusting 3 times now this has happened to me.
I also had my young with me each time and he actually said to me why are those people watching us I suspect this is an upper management decision I suggest you knock it back or I will be emailing head office about this because I won’t be back of it continues.

Had the guys out to sort a bad smell we had in our utility room due to a leak we had around 9 months ago, we tried everything to get the smell away but it still hung around. The guys came out and sorted it, 2 weeks on and still no smell at all very nice guys to deal with and very professional, would highly recommend, thanks again
Great result ,had a bad smell in the house for a long time ,changing carpets trying lots of different stuff No results after these guys, finally a get rid off it .100 %recommend .Professional attitude ,left house nice and tidy great job
