My neighbour was elderly and didn’t know how to take photos on her phone and send to you. She clearly needs this issue addressed as you can quite clearly see the areas where the dog has done the toilet in the living room by standing and looking. I would think that an Industrial cleaner would be able to remove urine from a carpet?

Highly recommended, reliable , which is hard to find nowadays. I had my walls and ceiling plastered and the carpet was such a mess after the guys were finished. Dean came and cleaned it , I could not believe the difference, it was like a brand new carpet. Unbelievable job for both the carpet and sofas. Thank you so much.
