Conntacted james for a price to have my gutters cleaned he was very fast to get back to me with a price. The next day the guys came and got the gutters done and spotted an issue with my roof leaking (i have had a damp issue that i could not find where it was coming from). The next day the guys came back with a cherry picker to have a look and make sure he was right with what he thought was the issue and he was spot on and fixed the problem there and then. I highly recommend commercial cleaning scotland very knowledgable and have probably saved me thousands in repairs if the issue hadnt been spotted.

Just had my roof and gutters cleaned and soft wash on the exterior walls. What a difference it has made to the house! From getting the quote to completing the job, James has been very professional, knowledgeable in what he does and takes pride in his job.
