Due to our rural location, we’ve used Pest Lincs several times because each year ‘nature’ invades our home or garden. This year it was in the form of wasps (again) as they had made a nest under our house, gaining access via the air brick. We rang Pest Lincs, spoke to Tom and within the day Fern arrived to sort the problem for us. They’re always friendly, always do a good job and always at a fair price.
I contacted Tom regarding wasp’s in my loft, he responded straight away and arranged a date to sort the problem. Fern turned up and carried out a very professional investigation and injected the nest to rid the problem within 48 hours.
It has been a job well done

Contacted Andy for advice regarding a mole problem. John arrived in good time and did a full survey of the area and identified the likely path it was taking. Traps set and a week later John returned and confirmed the mole had been caught. He returned again the following week to ensure there were no further problems and clear the mole hills. First class service and very reasonably priced.
Called Andy on behalf of my sister who had a problem with rats in a cavity wall, Andy and John came, assessed and surveyed the situation, they were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
They sussed out the problem, fitted one way drain covers, and a fortnight later no rats….result! Great service, highly recommended, many thanks again.

Damien arrived promply after calling in Lincspest when we had a rodent infestation. He quickly found the probable entry point (through the drains) and eliminated all signs of rodents after about four, weekly, visits. He recommended and fitted a device to prevent rodents coming up the main drain into our property in future.
We were completely satisfied with the service provided by Lincspest.
Damian has been absolutely brilliant. He’s come to do some work on our house twice now and both times he’s been great. Really friendly guy and sticks to his word. I had a client who was away in South Africa. Whilst working at the property I noticed there were a few wasps taking up squatters rights. I didn’t want the clients to come back to a house of horrors. I myself was about to go on holiday. I rang Simon to get it sorted which he did while I was away.
Whilst the wasp nest was huge the invoice wasn’t. It was no match for Simon.
This isn’t the first time I have use East Lincs Pest Control It will not be the last!
Simon came out to us at very short notice to investigate a potential rodent issue we had. Quickly placed us at ease identifying issue not caused by rodents but a roosting bat. Surveyed property highlighting potential rodent access points with solutions. Fantastic friendly, customer focused, professional and efficient service. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Simon is one of the nicest and most trustworthy people you could ever wish to meet and work with. He was very thorough and also offered detailed advice on things to implement to the exterior of the property to reduce potential ingress of subsequent rodents. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had Pest Detective in a few days ago to sort out my problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. The pigeons were really getting to be a problem with their incessant “cooing” and messing, on the roof and over the roofs edge onto my driveway – gross!
Andy’s team were very professional, arrived when they said they would, set up their “working at height” safety system, and got to work.
They evicted birds that were under the panels, removed nesting materials, and secured the whole area with a strong wire mesh to keep birds out in the future.
To finish the job, they also cleared out general muck and pigeon droppings from the guttering – awful to think that that had been festering up there for several months!
Overall, I was very impressed with Andy and his team at Pest Detective, and my thanks to them for solving what was getting to be a rather unpleasant problem quickly and efficiently.
Had a major problem with pigeons under my solar panels (poor neighbour’s next!). Pest Detective came along, explained what they would do, and explained their 5 year guarantee – they also admitted not they were not the cheapest. They secured the panels, cleaned them and the gutter, finally cleaned the entire area with a biocide.
However, unbeknown to anyone a pesky pigeon had managed to get under the panel before it was secure. Now the value of any service to my mind is how you deal with problems. Within 2 hours of reporting the problem, they came, released the pigeon and secured the panel again. Brilliant.
Andy has netted my solar panels and removed the pigeons from nesting underneath. His communication was great, he priced when he said he would, turned up as promised, cleaned up after his visit and sent the guarantee same day. I really cannot recommend him enough! No pigeons to wake me up in the morning and no sweeping the drive of their waste every week – heaven! Thank you very much Andy.
