Action Force West came to my house to deal with a deeply unpleasant rat infestation in my rear extension roof space and first floor ceiling. I was impressed by how thorough and methodical Max was in assessing situation. He was also well informed about rat’s, their habits and how best to remove them. Max’s knowledge and expertise turned what was an extremely stressful situation for me, into a manageable one.

Max was so helpful and professional. I highly recommend Action Force South West to anyone with a pest problem or infestation. Max offers a friendly, highly professional and helpful service. I was so relieved to be rid of my rodents.

Really excellent experience using Max to remove a family of squirrels that were trapped in my roof in a very hard to reach location. He came out quickly, gave brilliant advice, and really went above and beyond to provide an excellent service. I wish I’d called him sooner as it would have saved two days of stress! Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Max again. Top man!

The man who came to check out our ‘visitors’ (rodents) was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was quite nervous about what he would find and although he did find evidence, he reassured about the problem & how he’d help us to get rid of them. Also gave advice about how to prevent a further infestation.
Overall I was very satisfied with the service.
