Phoned for advice on a wasp problem and the advice was i got was very indepth and not rushed. I asked many questions which where treated with respect. I expected to buy at least 4 of their product but instead I was recommended to buy only 1 with a complete assurance to phone any time for advice. I would definitely recommend this company. I called on Sean for assistance with a rodent problem on behalf of an elderly relative. He has provided an amazing service, including giving good advice and guidance for future prevention and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Sean was super responsive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. I phoned Sean as I was worried we had a wasp nest and Sean came over immediately and confirmed that it was harmless bees but if we needed help with them he knew a specialist in Bees. Thanks so much Sean.
We had mice in our garage, i’d no idea where they were coming from. Sean was brilliant, sorted the problem and gave us some good advice on how to stop it happening again. I’d highly recommend him if your having pest problems, very prompt and helpful.

Graham is highly professional and great at his job. He was punctual and polite and had all needed specialist equipment that the work entailed. He did not waste time and made me feel comfortable in the situation of having a pest infestation. He was comfortable around my dogs and mentioned any concerns that could affect them from chemicals he would use. He was straight to the point and friendly. He did a fantastic job and I couldn’t recommend him any higher.
Graham is a true professional and does a great job in dealing with pests and vermin issues.

Phoned up Paul, he was straight talking, no messing around, told me what he would do, when he would do it, and how much it would be.
Provided reports every time he went out to the property, kept me up to date via email, and even proofed some rodent holes included in the treatment plan. Guarantee’s his work, and would have no second thoughts about using him again or recommending him to anyone.

Phoned a.m. 24/8/20 – Paul said he could visit approx 5pm same day. Turned up on time and ‘did the business’ with underground wasp nest. Paul was very polite and personable ans seemed to know his subject. Would recommend and would use again.
