I am so glad that I found this professional, knowledgeable and efficient company. The response to my online enquiry form was swift and Dave arrived to sort out what had clearly been a long-standing, indeed historical problem of rats in the loft and walls. I had called in two companies previously with little or no success. Swiftly and accurately, he identified the point of entry and there followed a ‘course of action’ that has completely rid my cottage of these unwanted visitors. I couldn’t be happier – and have slept undisturbed in the absence of nocturnal gnawings! Thank you Dave. I cannot recommend you highly enough – but there were only 5 stars on offer!
I can’t recommend Dave enough. I called him at 4.30pm and he managed to change his plans and get to my house within half an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made sure he dealt with the problem effectively and as quickly as possible. He left cameras and came back for visits to ensure he left me with the problem sorted. Very reasonably priced and unbelievably helpful. I can’t thank him enough!
I can’t rate Dave highly enough. He’s very knowledgeable, entirely professional and clearly cares a great deal about his work. Dave has been assisting me and some of my neighbours with a rodent infestation, it’s not been the most straightforward job, but fortunately we found the right man for it!
