The Products are well suited for the purpose intended and also for keeping out wasps and bees. I would have rated then 5 stars except for the fact that one of the plastic screw covers was slightly misshaped. Despite me sending an e-mail asking for a spare packet which I was willing to pay for, I haven’t heard from them. So a good product let down by customer service
Helpful, polite adviser addressed my issues and supplied a good quality product with helpful advice on installation. Reasonably priced too.

So folks, its true! Not all Superheroes wear capes – I contacted Simply the Pest when I knew I had a visitor/s in my loft – thankfully not the 4 footed visitor I feared, but a bird Martin attended today and quickly took care of the problem and most importantly reassured me of what had happened and how. I googled a few other pest control companies, was let down and the prices where ridiculous, one guy told me to empty my whole house….. so I tried Ultimate pest force- Andy told me he could come the next day but also told me what I needed to do to prepare the room. He took his time speaking to me about what it could be and the aftercare, it’s nice to have someone so thorough!
It was also comforting to have someone so nice and trustworthy come in when it was just myself and my baby daughter.
Would 100% recommend Andy for any pest problems!!!

Andy is very knowledgeable takes his time to explain what he will do to help you and ensure you are happy before proceeding. provides excellent advice on how to prevent further issues and even ensures he has shoe covers on before coming into your house to access the garden. Andy cleared a wasps nest that was larger than average I suspect and did a great job. Would definitely recommend nd use again should the need arise!

Brynn is the best in the business we have dealt with. Absolutely professional, diligent, incredibly clean and polite.
Crucially he really focuses on the source of the problem, finding this, fixing / remediating and then removing the pests. Ie not just throwing down poison and hoping for the best. He has a deep understanding of pests / behaviour / feeding etc and will apply his knowledge to solve each infestation and problem.
Very aware of pets / kids / family any would highly recommend him.
