I used EST cleaning last year & appreciated there prompt response when asked for a quote.
Hubert was professional & communication between myself & their business was great.
There was one spot the cleaners missed (underneath the sink panel) which they didn’t realise could be lifted but apart from that Hubert did say he was happy to come back on site to clean it up.
Now that we are moving again & I have just re booked with them he has offered to take funds off the quote given to make up for the missed sink spot that was not cleaned from our previous home.
Overall the clean up was on point & Hubert was very accommodating would highly recommend.

After discovering a couple of unwanted visitors in our house we contacted Mohammed to see if he could take care of them. Mohammed came out to us at the first possible opportunity. He talked us through the process and gave us a timeline of when we should expected things to happen. This was swiftly done on his first visit. He then returned a couple of weeks later for a follow up visit, as promised, to make sure everything was clear and took away any equipment that he’d left. Both times his visits were swift and everything he told us came to fruition. A professional and quality service.
Really great service! We had a carpet beetle infestation within our kitchen. I messaged waspsrats as I couldn’t identify the small bugs they answered and also came straight away to help the fastest service ever! So far we haven’t found any live ones yet so I’m optimistic that’s the infestation gone thankyou so much waspsrats! I’m so grateful!
After initial chat about 2 wasp nests that appeared in my garden shed, Muhammed arrived within 40 minutes to remove the nests, even though it was late at night.

From initial survey through to treatment, clear up and administration and guarantee provision they are clear, honest, timely, high quality and so pleasant to deal with. Their communication in terms of explaining possible causes, appropriate treatments and how they work, and practically in terms of timings and invoicing and guarantee provision, has all been fantastic. The ethos of the company is to provide an excellent outcome with integrity. We were on a tight timescale and they really went the extra mile, or several, to deliver our job. I contacted JDN Property Services fearing I had a damp problem in bedroom. Jon initially came out and explained to me what the issues were and how they could be fixed. After initial visit I called the office and Marie and Michelle were so helpful booking the work in for a date that suited me, around a time of me being off work. Jon and his team arrived on time and again explained to me what work would be carried out. They took care to protect carpeting and furniture left in room. Work was carried out to a very high standard and all mess was cleaned up inside and out before they left. I also have a 30 year guarantee for the work, three separate areas in the room. I intend to contact Jon again to plaster the rest of the room. I feel Jon and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. Excellent service from start to finish. This is the first time I have had to use pest control due to rats coming into my home, Ben was brilliant from start to finish, he got rid of the rats within two days, found the locations they were coming in from and put in place measures so they couldn’t use them in future. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and quick service and very good value for money. Ben was really lovely and made me feel so much better about the situation – will definately use again when/if I need pest control in future!
Amazing service! We had a minor issue with field mice in our attic which i can now happily say is resolved! Ben was very professional, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Messaged Ben late on a Friday with what we believed to be a Wasp nest issue in our loft. Ben called me right away to arrange a time and his availability was excellent. Ben arrived promptly and investigated and explained the issue was in fact a Bee’s nest in the cavity wall. We discovered we had squirrels in the eaves of our loft bedroom in June this year. After reading reviews I called here on a Sunday afternoon and got Richard. I was slightly worried about being told to pay upfront but there was absolutely no need to worry. We were assigned Nicola who was great. It took numerous visits for our problem to be solved. But nothing fazed Nicola. When we had no more squirrels Richard covered the hole in our soffit. I would definitely recommend this company.
I was worried when I found lots of tiny bugs on the wall in my built-in wardrobe. I contacted pest control and Richard Barrie got back to me very quickly. I send over some pictures and was told that these were booklice. I was impressed that Richard was able to tell just by looking at the pictures! I was given some advice and that was that. I can sum up this service in a few words: Professional, Quick, Helpful, and Recommendable!
Outstanding service. A young grey squirrel got into the house through an open window on Sunday morning. A very kind gentleman came immediately, driving some distance to get here. Problem resolved within two minutes and squirrel set free. Expected a significant charge on a Sunday but the chap simply asked for petrol money!! There are very decent human beings in this world. I contacted Derek of Active Pest Solutions one morning about a wasps’ nest in our roof space and he arrived to spray the nest that afternoon. Despite the nest being in a difficult place to access he still managed to carry out the work in a quick and efficient manner at a very reasonable price. Derek also offered to return to have a second go at the nest another day at no extra charge if the problem wasn’t eradicated – which in our case was necessary. Derek of Active Pest Solutions is a very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable tradesman.
Installed pigeon proofing for my solar panels quickly and at very reasonable cost. Derek was very helpful and easy to deal with, took the time to explain the install and how it used clips that do not void the warranty on the panels. Would happily contact APS again if I need pest control
Prompt and reliable service. Came out the same day I made contact. Even offered to do a return visit without charge should wasps return within a couple of days due to limited access to conservatory roof. However this was not required.

Phoned them on a Saturday morning and they were out a few hours later to deal with a rodent issue (which ended up being a mouse). Set traps, etc at some locations. Came out and done some follow up visits and changed some of the trap locations. Caught the mouse and then a last visit to check no other issues.
Although I hope I do not need their service again, if I did, I’d have no hesitation in using them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

I called Hanlon Pest control to deal with 2 issues we had, they were at my house that day! We had squirrels in the garage and Bees in the wall cavity. Both pest issues were dealt with very quickly.

I contacted Colin on behalf of my Gran who had a problem in her house with ants. Colin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable even during the initial call. It transpired the infestation was greater than we first anticipated which resulted in Colin having to attend the house several times. At each visit Colin turned up on time when he said he would, he was thorough & took the time to explain the process & reassure my Gran, who was very stressed with the whole situation. Not only this but given the fact my Gran is elderly he took the time to send me a follow up text after each visit in terms of next steps etc. Nothing was ever a bother – despite the fact it turned out to be a challenging & much bigger problem we were dealing with. Nick arrived and checked out for any evidence of where our problem coud be coming from. A few questions down the line and it was more or less established the more and likely root of the problem even though in the last day and a half the bluebottles have gone. Nick was in no rush to leave and explained it all clearly, nowadays time is money and for his time and expertese he charged zero. Nick could have easily charged me a fee as he was here 45 mins. A good, genuine guy and highly recommended.

Within a matter of hours Nick had arrived and calmly explained how they were entering my house and how he was going to deal with them. The rats are all now dead and we have our home back with good baiting techniques and good advice.
