We’ve called Russell out twice recently as we’ve had two wasps nests within a month! Must be the dry hot weather On both occasions we received prompt efficient service, the first time on the same day. Good job done and no wasps by the following day. What a decent reliable man. I’d recommend him to anyone (in fact I have already)
Russell was quick to respond to my request for help. He arrived on the dot and was very professional. As the nest was in a tricky to get to place, he assured me the would return the next day if necessary. No need – no more wasps! Very reasonable rate. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service, when I first saw a rat panic set in, I searched Google for the best reviews and Kent Pest Management stood out from the start.
I contacted Charlotte who couldn’t have been more helpful, she arranged for Matthew to visit the following day he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, he quickly located the rats tracks and dealt with the problem as he felt appropriate.
Today after three visits not a rat to be seen!
Matthew is very friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile for his customers.

We had a wasps nest that had formed quickly, and Nathan attended within 48 hours to assess and treat the problem. The service was fast, polite, and professional.
When a family member recently had a problem with mice, there was no hesitation in calling Nathan again.
He arranged an appointment and kept in contact throughout (even messaging when he was 30 minutes away).
Upon arrival, the problem was identified, and treatment was put in place.

After contact in the morning, I had confirmation someone would be out that day, which I wasn’t expecting. I received a call to confirm they were on their way. Once here Nathan accessed the best plan of action for the wasps nest we had, he dealt with it very efficiently. He also provided advice for the next couple of hours and said if there were any left in a few days, he would come back! So pleased to say our unwanted visitors were gone after a few hours. We had rats living in our loft. Nathan was really quick, professional and responsive. He carried out multiple visits and since his last visit we haven’t had any signs of rats. Dale came round to our property promptly and diagnosed the issue for us, which was a rat in the wall cavity, and suggested a course of action, including baiting and stopping up the gap that they used to access the property. Dale is very knowledgeable and generous with his advice and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others.

Absolutley brilliant service.
We had a mouse delievered in our Asda food delivery whixh escaped the box and ran behind our worktops. Of course my family was in a panic and after tying a few local and large companies was assured by Prime Target he coukd help and was here with in the hour. After pulling things out and hunting everywhere he was able to find and catch the mouse which was such a relief for us all. Im so glad we went with our gut and had him round. Polite,friendly cleaned up and got the job done. What a relief and extremly fair on price. Thanks again you have gave us peice of mind and thats invaluable
Steve got rid of the rats under the floor in our under stairs cupboard which we had been struggling with for over a year in just a few days.
Steve worked out the entry point within a few minutes & advised on a drain survey which confirmed his suspicions, which was a redundant uncapped drain from an extension by the previous owners some time ago.
We are very pleased that Steve got rid of the ongoing problem within such a short timeframe & we wish we had contacted him sooner.

Absolutely brilliant service, I really cannot express how amazing the service I received was. Firstly Jenn and Gary both need a pay rise and Jenn was very professional, supportive and really knows her stuff. The council made me feel like I was making my rodent problem up and Jenn come straight in and verified my issue within seconds. Her communication and compassion was on point and made sure everything done was thoroughly. She was communicating and chasing up the council to make sure the issue was properly resolved.
Gary is absolutely brilliant and again very professional to a extremely high standard. Basically if you have either Jenn or Gary turning up you know your situation is going to be dealt with. Thank you both so much.
AGS have been really fabulous thank you. From initial booking to the agent who came out to visit 3 times. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and gave some great advice. He was very thoughtful about t my property too and very considerate about my dog who naturally still had to go into the garden. He was friendly and polite and kept me informed of what he was doing and why, together with what would happen next and gave a written report. For 3 visits I think the cost is good value. I would certainly recommend them.

After moving into our first home we realised we had a real problem with pigeons nesting under our solar panels, I contacted Kelly after seeing such great google reviews and I was not disappointed! The service was great, Kelly and the team arrived on time and were extremely efficient, completing the job in half a day despite the horrible weather! They were respectful of our house and were always very friendly and polite. I also asked Kelly questions about other pest issues we have to which he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The gutters have never looked cleaner and we couldn’t be happier with how neat the mesh looks, would highly recommend this company!
We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. I would highly recommend.
We ,residents of 6 flat shared freehold were deeply impressed and greatly relieved by the professionalism and immense care of Michael from Pest-Tech. From the first phone call to St George’s Pest Control, everyone was so polite, professional and confidently answered all questions that I had. Booking an appointment was so quick and easy. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Reece to give me his eta. On his arrival, Reece took his time to explain what he was going to do, what products were going to be used and the safety once product was down, very important especially when there’s toddlers in the house.
Since Reece laid down the treatment, we’ve not had issues (fingers crossed)

Contacted Ciaran after seeing a huge rat in the garden early one morning in my flower pot, a few days later I heard scrabbling noises coming from the loft and assumed it was the very same rat but hoping not! Ciaran arrived for the first of 3 visits, he was very professional, polite and friendly, he immediately got to work and confirmed it was indeed a rat! He then looked for various points of entry and in the loft, found an open soil pipe which he covered with tape for the time being. Ciaran then looked outside and around the house and checked everything over, he was very thorough indeed and found where the rat was coming up from, unfortunately couldn’t do anything as it was from my neighbours garden where work was being carried out and their main drain was exposed. Ciaran gave me excellent advice and was extremely informative throughout the 3 visits. He even took the time to speak to someone in the plumbing industry who suggested to buy an admittance valve for the open soil pipe in the loft and very kindly sent me a link to purchase one and he then fitted it for me. I now have a lovely quiet loft again. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this Company and Ciaran to anyone.
