AIM North Ltd were brilliant in the work that they did. They were helpful and most importantly straight talking. They told me exactly what was needed and provided advice on what needed to be done.
On top of this they were professional, friendly and communicated extremely well with me.
I would highly recommend this company especially for somebody that doesn’t have all the knowledge or understanding regarding roof and guttering repairs and maintenance.
I am always extremely worried about cowboys and have been caught out before. AIM North are not cowboys. Thank you

We had a new wooden fence and gate installed by JDS and we were very pleased with the service provided. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing a free visit and subsequent quotation for the work required. The fence was installed professionally and quickly, with a high level of workmanship. Even when I realised a small item had been missed, a closer spring for the gate, JDS were quick to respond to my follow up email and sent someone out to add this. We’re really happy with the end result and would definitely recommend JDS to others looking for similar services.
For the past four years we have had Christmas trees from JDS Gardening. To say the trees are great is an understatement, they are absolutely gorgeous. Somehow JDS have managed to keep them reasonably priced and deliver right into your home. We would not go anywhere else for our tree.
Another point is that the trees are really mature and sturdy and seem to be cat proof !!! Bonus for us, very troublesome for our cat Tio.
The guys turned up first thing in the morning and got started despite there being an absolute downpour of rain that lasted all day. They did a great job in difficult conditions. Removing the old grass and laying down new stuff couldn’t have been much fun!!
The admin staff were really helpful, keeping me up to date on time scale and cost etc.

Be careful when you returning any item and they tell you “that’s OK, it signed off”.We returned 2 Props and they kept charging us adding interests on the top of it for another 8months lying to us ,that we never returned it! After 8month when we explained to their top regional manager to stop employing incompetent people,he signed it off,but still asking to pay another PS600 for ‘hiring period”??!! What’s a disgrace!
The guy behind the counter was so helpful. Matched the price of another tool hire place and when I returned one of the tools having not used it he refused to charge me for it. Good old fashioned customer service! Highly recommended.

We asked HiSOLUTION to attend to investigate overflowing gutters and number of other issues to the roof and stonework on our traditional Edinburgh tenement. After attending, Artur provided a summary report of the issues (including photographs) and a quote for the repairs, to which repairs to the pointing, roof, gutter and tiles were agreed. The work was carried out in an afternoon a few weeks after the initial visit, and a follow up report containing photos of the repairs was also provided. Furthermore, a month after the work, HiSOLUTION checked in with us to confirm we were still satisfied with the repairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use HiSOLUTION again, and I highly recommend them, particularly if you are engaging in communal repairs to a traditional tenement. With thanks to Artur, Marta and the rest of the team for an exceptional level of service.
From the first meeting with Kris, to discuss a chimney removal on a family members’ property, I gained the impression that HiSolutions is a very competent, trustworthy
and professional company.
The scope of the works and a safe method of working were agreed and costings prepared. Once accepted a programme for the works was quickly fixed and agreed.
The staff arrived on the due date, made the site safe around the property, and the work started immediately. Despite at times dreadful weather conditions the works were completed to programme and without any internal damage.
