We contacted Ray to give us a quote on a pest infestation issue. He arranged to come by the property promptly, he discussed with us the issue and he was totally honest in telling us that we could deal with it ourselves instead of simply getting money out of us.
We decided to tackle the issue ourselves and although we did not hire Ray in this occasion, he will be the first to contact in case the issue re-appears and we would recommend him to anyone having pest infestations.
If you have a pest problem Ray is the person to call. Very friendly and gave us lots of great advice on how to fix it quickly. Wish we had called him straight away instead of buying traps and poison from the local DIY store, would have saved so much time and money. Our pest problem was fixed within days of Ray coming to our property and now we are armed with lots of knowledge so we can prevent their return.
Recently called out Ray from Elysium Pest Control to handle a mice problem at my elderly mothers home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was amazing – thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful. Plus, his prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend his services!

Scott provided a very professional service when he came to deal with our flea infestation in a house we moved into recently. He gave me a wealth of information and advice on how to prevent the fleas from returning. It was a very rapid response, which was great for us as we have very young children. I would highly recommend him to anyone with pest problems as he is approachable.and very helpful.
We had a small infestation of ants last year, Scott came out & eradicated them & gave us sound advice. The wee critters are back this year, as Scott predicted so he came out again & done his stuff. All gone. Fantastic service from a very knowledgeable man. Highly recommend his services. Also gives discount to Serving & Ex Forces.
Had Scott to come and check for bed bugs, luckily there was no bed bugs but that didn’t stop Scott doing all his thorough checks. He has such a vast knowledge of all aspects of bed bugs which he explained very well to myself. Would highly recommend. Good work Scott.
