Contacted bug away due to dogs going crazy and trying to dig up my flooring so had a feeling there were rats or mice. Craig came out and examined the house to see what was going on, he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He kept in contact to see how things were going and came out a few times to check on the bait he had left. All going well so far, would highly recommend!
We had a rat problem and called Bug Away. They were amazing! Craig knew his stuff and explained everything in a way that made sense. He was quick, thorough, and didn’t mess up my place. Within a few days, no more rats! Craig did a second visit to make sure they were gone and we haven’t had a problem since. Would definitely use again.
I called this company out as we had rats outside our communal block of flats and we needed them urgently attended to. Thankfully, Craig from Bug Away was able to attend the following day. He provided a fast, efficient and friendly service – and most importantly, I haven’t seen a rat since! Great company, great service.
