Called them to do a survey to WRC standards and they didn’t do it properly first time round, paid them to do it the second time which was done okay second time round. Paid them to do a last inspection and they made things up and sent me a quote to do a non existent repair of PS240 + vat and PS980 + vat and none of it was necessary!
Wouldn’t use again.

Since we lost our cat, we had evidence of mice in our garage but we couldn’t tell if they’d been in recently or not. As an animal lover, I wanted the situation to be handled sensitively. As a Father of two young children, I wanted it handled quickly, safely and permanently. Matt from MSD Pest Control was able to determine that the activity was recent and advised that our visitors were field mice. He was honest and advised me away from my plan to capture them as they would only return or potentially die on the return journey. Matt laid bait boxes and conducted weekly check ups. He assessed potential access points and installed preventative treatment on our garage at a very fair price. Our next door neighbour was also impressed and asked for the same services. Great communication, service and workmanship. I highly recommend.
We had an issue with pigeons getting under the solar panels, Matt came and installed spikes to stop them, amazing job very neat can hardly see them. As we obviously couldn’t see what he was doing and how it looked to make sure we were happy and knew what had been done he took pictures to show us during and after completion. While up on the roof Matt drew our attention to an issue we had with the roof vent, he very kindly sorted that out for us to, saving us a lot of money as having scaffolding erected again would have cost us a lot. Matt is a kind and friendly guy, fabulous customer service, highly recommend this company.
We have been having an issue with ants and Matt has left no hole or crevice uncovered. Matt has also cleared a piece of land to restrict the path of field mice into the property. Efficient, thorough and speedy! We can’t thank you enough for your help and advice!

Pestforce responded and assessed our issue with a first visit in less than 24 hours. We found the service to be efficient and ethical. Darren was friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his field and happy to answer my many questions. We hope to not require such services again (naturally) but should we have any further issues, we have absolute confidence in Darren to act, monitor and resolve the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else.
Darren responded at short notice to remove the wasp nest from my elderly mother’s house as the wasps were flying around the bedroom. He let us know when he was coming and fitted the job into his extremely busy schedule on the day we called. I have no hesitation in recommending him to solve your pest issues quickly and at a very reasonable price.
Brilliant service from Darren, swiftly dealing with our rat problem in a few short visits. Additional help added by fitting a door brush to our out place and securing meshing around open drainage space at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend for a friendly, experienced and knowledgeable service.

Cannot rate this business highly enough. We discovered a wasps nest and called at 11am. By 12.30 not only had Peter responded by phone, he had arrived and was on the job. (Obviously due to commitments not everyone will get such a rapid response) Possibly the nicest person ever, understanding of the problem, informative and offered follow up support and assistance (not that it’ll be needed!) Cannot rate this business highly enough. Affordable, professional. Just brilliant.
Called Pride Pest Control about fitting a no return valve to prevent rats getting into the house from the drains. Pete was able to fit me in the same day and was friendly and knowledgeable about his trade, and explained what he was doing all throughout the job and exactly how it worked. All in all a job done well and at what I consider to be a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended.
