I absolutely cannot recommend Malpass Pest Solutions enough.
We had an issue with a wasps nest forming in the crevice of our lean to roof over the kitchen window.
Called Pat on Sunday morning and he was able to come out to us the following day (after I returned home from work too). Not only was this extremely quick and accommodating but Pat was by far one of the the nicest gentleman and tradesman I’ve met. He absolutely treats his customers the way you’d want your parents to be treated by a tradesman.
He clearly is an absolute mastermind of his trade and is extremely methodical with explaining the process start to finish, as well as providing insight into the issue itself.
Despite having a huge phobia of wasps, I felt at ease with Pat.
Should I ever require his services in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him.

Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. If we have anything in the future, we’ll be calling Malpass for sure!

Jim assessed the problem to decide the best course of action to treat a wasp nest in the loft
He treated the nest from inside the loft very quickly with a chemical spray and advised me to stay away from angry wasps for about 2 hours.

We called Cheshire Pest Solutions when we had a wasps nest in our wall cavity and the wasps were getting into our bathroom. Jim came out within an hour and it was sorted in 10 minutes. Jim was really friendly and even took the time to give our dog a good fuss. Absolutely great experience and reasonably priced. Spoke to Gemma and we arranged an appointment within the week to deal with a wasps nest. However later that morning Gemma rang back to say Jim had finished a job early and could come there and then.

I don’t usually do reviews but I couldn’t recommend this company enough – this is the second time that we have used them to sort out wasp nests and I wouldn’t use any one else. They are one of the most friendly, reliable and professional companies that I’ve ever come across, fantastic competitive rates as well.
James went above and beyond for us. They were completely full last Wednesday when I rang them up but James still kindly offered to work over that day just to fit us in.
James explained everything to us before and afterwards just so that we were fully aware on what to expect.
They were extremely clean and tidy as well – you never knew that they had been.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

Absolutely brilliant. Bob unlike all of the other pest controllers advised to get the beetles in our house identified before treatment. This has saved me a fortune as they were not woodworm. All the other pest controllers would have treated for woodworm meaning expense to create access the loft area. THANK YOU BOB.

Highly recommended this service. Recently had a problem with Ants getting into the kitchen, tried to manage it ourselves initially but they continued to find access points. I felt we needed the help of a professional so called Pestex Services who came out to me within a few hours, the gentleman was very professional, very friendly and the treatment procedure was carried out quickly, safely and discreetly. We have had no Ant’s inside the house since that treatment. Very pleased.
