I was looking for a pest control company to deal with a wasp nest in an innaccesible loft space. I am over the moon to have found such a great pest control company local to me, and I feel very lucky to have found Adept. David was great and managed to explain the procedure and arrange a time to come out as soon as I called him, he came down the next day to begin work and even took time to explain the procedure in depth. The quote I was given was very reasonable and I am happy with the care taken and quality of the work carried out. All in all a great experience for a scary problem!

Adept Pest Consultancy recently helped me out of a really tricky situation, involving pest issues caused by a neighbour. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable and very honest, they were also incredibly understanding and offered reassurance whenever I needed it. My issue went on over several months, due to environmental health having to be involved, and Dave was incredibly helpful and supportive during this time.

I was very concerned when I realised I had a problem with grey squirrels inhabiting my loft area as they are known to cause a great deal of damage. I called Adept and John and David were out within the hour. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It took around 4 weeks to fully eliminate the problem with either John or David visiting once per week. They were then able to proof the entry points to my roof by blocking the gaps and entrances holes with tightly wedged mesh. Their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them.

I cannot praise this company enough. I contacted Owen thinking I had a mice infestation but I was horrified to find that I was actually sharing my home with rats. Being of a certain age and living alone I felt so vulnerable especially when the rodents seemed to come to life through the night wakening me from my sleep.

I contacted Complete Pest Control on a recommendation and am so glad I did. From their first visit Owen and both Johns put my mind to rest that they would eliminate the vermin and true to their word that’s exactly what they did.

I discovered a wasps nest underground when cutting the grass. The guy gave me sound advice over the phone and calmed me down. Next day arrived on time and carried out the service efficiently with paperwork and answered my umpteen questions patiently, whilst making sure all my other pets where going to be safe and unaffected.
Have saved the number and will definitely be passing them on. Nice to receive such an efficient and polite service.

We had a problem with rats in the garden in May and when i contacted Complete Pest Elimination Owen came out the same day and set traps. He came weekly to examine the traps and within a month it looks like they have all gone. Would definitely recommend. Professional, friendly service.
