We found Marcus on Checkatrade after having a bad experience last year with another local firm. He pointed out the nest was infact dead and no need to remove. We were not charged for the call out but had a good chin wag over a cuppa instead.
Nice to see honest workman still exist.
Booked a wasps nest removal. Was called and told they would be at the house in 45 minutes. I sent someone over to meet them. 2 hours later, no phone calls, no one turned up and no one was answering the phone. Terrible service.
We were finding dozens of wasps in our spare room but couldn’t locate a nest. Laura booked us in and Marcus quickly found the nest in the loft. Not seen a wasp since!
