I can only echo what all the other reviewers have said about how professional, friendly and knowledgeable Marc is. He genuinely takes a lot of pride in his work and he really knows his stuff. He not only fantastic at pest control, but he also advises you in how to prevent them from returning again. The reason I chose to use Marc’s services rather than other larger companies was because he not only had a lot of fantastic reviews, but, he also takes the time to reply to every single person that comments. Thats when I knew this was a guy that genuinely takes great pride in his work and the quality of service he provides. I am genuinely so happy with the service I got and can not recommend him highly enough to people. Thank you Marc for everything you did for me in the past week.
Called Marc late Saturday evening, came very next morning as planned and early, so he would be spot on time agreed. Excellent service , explained exactly what would happen. I am glad to say my wasps have now moved away to another home .
Great service and worth every penny. I have had dealings with other similar services in a Work role , Shame they were not as thorough as Marc.

My mum contacted Marc last week regarding a rat that had gotten into her home.
He was brilliant and punctual, making time to explain the process to my mum and ease her anxiety over the situation. The trap worked almost instantly, and he was quick in removing the rat from her home.
She cannot recommend him enough (hence using her daughter to review him!) and would have him back for a similar job if necessary.

Never good to have a pest problem. But dealing with West Wales Pest Control was really positive. Quick response to my enquiry with Decland (Technician) calling. He assessed the problem, identified access points and laid bait. He returned the week later, the bait had been taken and we are not disturbed at all by the pests. He recommended the use of wire wool to fill the access points and further recommendations around the garden and bird feeder. We have already recommended West Wales Pest Control
Richard and Dylan called today to remove a seagulls nest and proof our chimney. All I can say is I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me about pest control issues. Two really pleasant people who knew exactly what they were doing and cleared everything in a timely and professional manner. Thank you gents. Excellent job
Engaged West Wales Pest Control recently to deal with a rodent issue at one of our properties in Milford Haven. They were great! called out next day, got back to us straight away and advised proofing works, Cath kept us updated all the way and they were very efficient.
