They turned up day after we phoned them ,put poison and traps in loft and garden .they got rid of the problem no more rats,very professional and both were very knowledgable,would get them again

I contacted Carlisle City Control about a pest issue and they were informative, honest, and knowledgeable. They were also very quick to respond which was highly appreciated. I spoke to Martin who quickly identified the issue, gave me lots of information and advice, and even gave me the option to deal with the issue myself without a call out (at no cost). I would not hesitate to recommend Carlisle City Control to others and will certainly use them in the future.
Noticed a lot of wasp activity in the garden and rang Carlisle City Control. Martin said he would be an hour, which he was and quoted over the phone which was very, very reasonable. Explained what he would do and confirmed it was a wasps nest. He said have a cup of tea and they’ll be gone! He was right! Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.
Martin came to see the wasps nest we had the same day I called. He explained what he was going to do. This was all done very quickly and professionally. I would recommend Martin and his company 100% to anyone with a pest problem.
