Had Todd come out for my mother who is disabled was so helpful and informative every step of the way telling her what he was doing and what it would do to the rats. He was so friendly and very reassuring. The receptionist was also really helpful and got us the help my mother needed and explained everything so my mum would understand.
We are so impressed by this service that we have received and can’t express are gratitude to them enough. An outstanding service by all and would highly recommend.
The pest controller explained why and what actions he was taking to get rid of the mice in an outside shed. We are a school, so special attention was given to ensure the safety of the children.

After night’s of being woken by scratching in the loft I knew I had to get a professional in to sort it out.
Denis responded swiftly, confidently and reassuringly.
He knew exactly what to do. He kept in touch with me following the first treatment for updates.
He also noticed a hole in the brickwork outside my property that I had not spotted.
One of the best unintended consequences was that I cleared my loft out a bit after his visit!

Dennis is a very friendly & professional chap. Called him as we have a rodent problem in our loft and he was on our doorstep in 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well. He has laid bait as well as identifying the potential access point, so fingers crossed this sorts it out (although I have every confidence that it will). Very impressed!
Came to remove a wasp nest for us in the summer and was sorted in one visit. Very efficient and Reasonable service. Would definitely recommend.

Lady on phone earlier today was very unsympathetic and slightly rude when I asked if anyone could come out. We have 2 young children in a house now confirmed with mice in the kitchen. She said the guys were in meeting and would get back to me within 3 days. I said due to my children I needed someone sooner. To which she replied, you do that then. Would not phone again despite the many positive reviews!
Great service! Had a wasps nest which I was very worried about as I have two young children. Phoenix came the same day and carried out the work for a very reasonable price. Incredibly professional and friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

Contacted this local business via it’s website and received a call back on the same day. Rob arranged to come over the next day and remove a large wasp nest in the roof space. Mission accomplished in a very professional manner and in a remarkably short time. I heartily recommend this business.

Well I have used some poor suppliers in the past but these chaps carry the trophy for being the worse possible supplier. We use them for Washroom services in the school, claimed to visited and serviced the school in one month but this was not true, failed to acknowledge the missed service or even refund for this, missed the next service date, when they finally arrived they didn’t have the necessary equipment to complete the job. Absolute mess and unbelievable in their lack of communication, they have a habit of passing the buck and not taking ownership. Good luck trying to get a response.

A professional, courteous and caring approach to not only the work but ensuring we were happy with each stage of the work carried out over the 2 days the staff were here. they did the Roof moss removed and application for further protection carried out on whole roof, Gutters cleared and cleaned, large decking area and patio cleaned, spindles and Balustrade cleaned, conservatory roof cleaned windows cleaned and all areas tidied up after the work was done.
Compared to others who have done this work in the past OMC are miles ahead in all areas, from first call to office, the visit of Scott to discuss needs and a quote, the delivery of service, office staff communication on the works being carried out and any issues, OMC will certainly be back in the future for any work, and will be doing my window cleaning going forward

Charlie from OMC did an absolutely amazing job on removing all the moss from our roof and gutters. He left everything clean and tidy, didn’t cut any corners and took all precautions to make sure we were reassured on the methods used (by hand). He took photos and videos (before and after) and was charming and professional throughout. He worked incredibly hard all day and left us with 100% trust in him and a sparkly new roof. Charlie makes a refreshing change to a lot of the workmen around these days, brilliant chap and a fantastic company. We will only ever use this OMC for this service from now on.Thank you Charlie.
Exceptional service from everyone involved. My patio and pathways were cleaned today and they look brand new. Everything is clean and tidy. I also forgot to put my bins out last week to be cleaned but as soon as I let the office know, the team came out the same day and cleaned them for me. So happy. Would definitely recommend.

During a refurb of a downstairs bathroom the plumber just bunged some paper down the waste to block the smell. A couple of days later we heard scurrying around the ceiling and knew we had a problem. Steve came out and connected it to the bathroom work. Low and behold the paper had gone and the rats were in. He inserted a drain plug and then went about the house laying traps etc. 3 visits all in and the uninvited guests have gone. Haven’t heard anything for a couple of weeks now. Also installed a flow trap in the outside sewer as an extra line of defence. Steve is a legend! Highly recommended.
Thames Valley Pest Control came out to give an assessment of pest control issues in our new home. It’s a very old place with lots of potential issues. Steve arrived on time and gave us some thorough analysis of our potential issues and came back a further 2 visits to ensure the steps taken were working. Also offered additional advice for the type of property we have and some useful next steps we can take ourselves. Went above and beyond what I expected. Very friendly, informative and would highly recommend.
What a super company. Martin came out first to resolve woodworm treatment in an attic space and just got on with the job – not easy in an old cottage. Then came back on a follow up to put rat prevention under the eves to stop access up the building. On time, fitted us in to work around other contractors. No fuss, job done, fair on the price . Plus there we have a very unpleasant tenant which made things even harder. Thanks. very much great job.
