This is not a cheap service, but the team really earned the cost and did a great job. This was not just an ordinary ‘deep clean’. They responded at very short notice, explained what was realistic to achieve, and delivered what they agreed. They were easy to communicate with, understood what I wanted, and I was very pleased with the results.

Phoned Oxfordshire Pest Control to report a wasp nest in a bush in the garden and agreed a time for Lourens to visit and deal with it. He arrived at the appointed time, dealt with it in a few minutes, saw that there was another in the roof of the house and calmly dealt with that one as well. It is reassuring to have OPC available and their services are very reasonably priced.
Excellent service, arrived on time, quickly assessed and dealt with the problem. Very knowledgeable and advised me what steps to take to eliminate future infestation. I would highly recommend this company.

I can’t rate Ross highly enough! After a pest problem in the roof of our flat, Ross was around as soon as possible looking for the root of the problem, placing traps and provided constant support when needed until the building was proofed and prevented the pests getting in (which took a while but Ross was always a phone call away to help at any time). Ross also provides the preventative pest control for my place of work, routinely checking our shop is pest free, which thankfully it is! Don’t hesitate to give Ross a call if you need help, I was anxious and embarrassed but he couldn’t have put my mind more at ease and been more helpful! Thank you Ross and IQ!
We contacted iQ Pest Control as we had an issue with carpet moths eating our carpets and other items around the house. Ross came to our house and completed a survey and identified the issue. A couple of weeks later he returned with one of his guys to complete the treatment. We have not seen any moths since. We could not have been happier with the service. Ross and Carl are both very knowledgeable and did a great job, thanks again for your hard work.
Ross came out to us to check our roof space as we were having work done on the roof and the surveyor thought we had wasps nesting. His colleague checked the whole of the attic and confirm that yes, there were a few flies, no wasps were present. He has been back since and rechecked to make sure we are wasp nest free. Ross and his colleague were extremely respectful of our property and professional in their dealing with the matter. Highly recommended.

Not the cheapest company, but job done amazingly well! Was done so thoroughly, they only needed to come out once, when other companies already said from the start that they would need to come several times as their first treatment was likely to not work completely (so probably ended up being cheaper overall). Very friendly and always called back promptly and happy to answer all questions in detail. Highly recommended.
Didn’t get past the first phone call. Awful communication and people skills. Person I spoke to was very abrupt and stroppy. Asked about booking a visit to go straight to property without telling me where they are from, how they work, their fees or even getting any details from me first. Seemed highly unprofessional, was very unnerving and upsetting.

I can’t recommend Adam enough. I called him late on a Friday evening for a squirrel problem in my loft and he came to the house first thing on Saturday. He was extremely knowledgable and professional and nothing was too much trouble. He attended short notice visits and was always punctual and on time for pre-booked weekly appointments. His rates are extremely reasonable especially for the level of service received. Thank you Adam!!
Adam was nothing short of exceptional! On his first visit, he swiftly and efficiently removed two underground wasps nests. Furthermore, we had a particularly elusive mole causing havoc in our garden, but Adam’s professionalism and persistence shone through. He didn’t give up until the mole was caught. Highly recommend Adam for any pest control needs – his dedication and expertise are commendable!
Oscar is one of a kind. He’s clearly very effective at getting rid of mice (we’ve used him twice and he’s been brilliant), and he’s also sweet, kind, and lovely to be around. He went over and above to help us with our mice infestation, has plugged holes, tested various methods, checking regularly. Invest in a local business and someone who knows what he’s doing, like Oscar!

We had gone to other pest control companies to deal with horrific scratching in my roof on and off for years, and would keep me up at night. We were often dismissed with it being birds landing on the thatch roof but after calling Paul, he listened to our concerns seriously and solved the issue, which was a huge rat who had made our roof a home! he’s been our go-to for years, we call him and he has always dropped by the same day to lay bait or investigate the issue. Fantastic and friendly service
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Paul. He’s extremely professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and thorough. He’s also a really nice guy. His extensive experience with pest control, drains and sewers highlighted issues we’d never even considered and his solutions were extremely efficient. We were also suprised by how strangely interesting it was to see what he found in real time on his pipe inspection camera!! His colleague, Lee, was also an absolute pro.
I had a mouse problem in a new house just before Christmas with guests arriving the next day. I was in total panic. PDS agreed to come out and dealt with the problem discreetly and humanely. He came back many times to check on the trap boxes but our one field mouse was the only casualty. He gave great advice and I am absolutely in awe of his professional service. Great job done

Me and my husband contacted Ish due to a flea infestation caused by fleas on our kitten becoming resilient to flea treatment. We were in a bit of a panic and rang Ish several times for advice and he was more than happy to give us all the information we needed and never once got frustrated with our constant questions.
Ish knows his stuff, he went above and beyond to reassure us and done his job perfectly with no fuss. He genuinely cares about people’s wellbeing and he’s not in it for the money as his prices are very reasonable, he does this job because he cares and wants to help the community.

Fantastic service. We had a wasp in our loft and he was very honest and gave us advise on what to do – he said if the customer can do it themselves without a call out and fee, he thinks that’s best. We decided we’d prefer to have him called out anyway and he did it for a very reasonable fee and also said he could be called back free of charge should the wasp return. Very friendly man with a great sense of humour.
Amazing service. I contacted Banbury Pest control last week and I got a response straight away, they came and removed a bee’s nest from my garden. This was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use again. The prices were great too and the owner was very helpful and went out of his way to help get the nest removed.

We had a Hornet’s nest in one of our house vents and the hornets liked to fly in the open windows at night, attracted by the lights. I rang Simon on a Sunday morning. Simon was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He listened carefully about the problem and suggested coming round in half an hour … on a Sunday! Not many tradesmen will do that! Sure enough, Simon came to my house and dealt with the Hornet’s nest with his ‘puffer’ and the Hornets will be gone in next few days. If they are not gone, he has promised to return and do them again until they go … at no extra cost. A brilliant service and everyone should write his company number down somewhere in case of vermin. Can’t recommend enough!
Had a wasp nest in our eaves. I’d initially contacted the SN council on line for the removal service. Mistake – got back to me after two days and could not get to me for another week and their quote was expensive. Won’t bother again ! Simon to the rescue. Found the service on line and he was very local to where we live. Emailed him on his website and he rang me back the same day and came to our house that same day early evening. Brilliant service. Very personable individual, polite and was on time. Job done within about 15 minutes with the promise to return at no cost if l still have wasp activity after 48 hours. Excellent service Vermin Go and Simon. Highly recommended
