A very friendly, efficient and dedicated service! We were short of time and required help urgently. I rang Ripley Pest Management mid-morning with little hope of securing an appointment the same day, but to my absolute relief and delight, Stephen answered the phone. On outlining the nature of the problem, I was immediately reassured by him that all would be well, and that he would be with us the same afternoon. He was as good as his word and we even received a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Nothing was too much trouble for Stephen – he literally spent as long as it took as the property – he undertook a thorough examination of the problem and then proceeded to put the necessary course of treatment in place to eradicate the problem. Due to his jovial, easy and pleasant manner, in addition to his clear and extensive knowledge of his profession, he invoked trust and inspired confidence that the problem would be effectively dealt with. Stephen was the answer to a prayer and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Very reasonably priced too!!!

A friend recommended Ripley to us, we had a serious rat problem in our garage and around our hen house. We had tried another pest control and after months of trying we were no further forward. Contacted Stephen he arrived and since his first visit we did not see another rat. He came 3 times to check what was happening, cemented holes, checked drains and pipes all the rats gone. So professional, dedicated, reliable all round a wonderful guy. We do not want the rats back but Stephen is welcome anytime. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stephen and Frank from Safe Hands Pest Management, and I can’t speak highly enough of their exceptional service. I was facing a major issue with thousands of honey bees that had taken residence in the cavity wall of my bedroom. The thought of dealing with this was incredibly daunting, but Stephen and Frank made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Safe Hands. Stephen is a gentleman. He is totally professional, knowledgeable, skilful and he explains everything he is doing. He is empathetic, puts your mind at ease and will go that extra mile and more to sort out the problem.
We had an ongoing pest problem for several years and while others suggested the possible source of the problem they only provided temporary fixes. When the problem recurred a Google search and excellent reviews encouraged me to contact Safe Hands. Stephen arrived within a few hours of phone call and was confident he knew the source of the problem and could fix it. A camera survey and drainage smoke test confirmed his suspicions and with minimal disruption and great care and skill he sealed off the entry point which was a redundant branch line in the drainage system that had not been properly capped when an extension was built years ago.

Highly recommend Stephen from Safe Hands Pest Management (found by a google search). We heard noise coming from the roof space during the night. Stephen came out the very next day. Stephen is very professional and does a thorough job. He quickly found the entrance point outside (hole beside a drain) and solved the problem in record time (within Christmas week). We were really impressed with the quality of Stephen’s work – he checked drains, laid tamper-proof traps, sealed up the hole with cement and even hoovered and cleaned the roof space! Very reasonable price. Also, we were glad to see that Stephen was following all the guidelines for safety during this pandemic. Lovely person to deal with! Thank you!

Absolutely first rate service. Lee was totally professional and extremely reassuring. Very refreshing to find a business that actually delivers on its promises, calls back when promised and keeps you advised. Found him through the British Pest Control Association website which was a further recommendation of good practice. Invoice was extremely reasonable. Happy to thoroughly recommend and whilst I hope we don’t need to use his services again he’ll be the only person we call.
Highly recommend using NI pest control and proofing. Got home from work on Friday afternoon to find we had a wasps nest in our cavity wall, sent a message to NI pest control and proofing expecting to be told he’d come out some day next week, to my surprise he said he was working at a job locally and would call round after, something we really appreciated as we have a 5 month old in the house.

Lee arrived first thing in the morning, the day after I rang him. He was efficient and sorted our wasp problem! A nest inside our house, behind the ceiling. I envisaged the ceiling having to be removed, but a quick injection of magic dust into the cavity, which he found and job done. 30 minutes later he was away!! I wish I had rung earlier. I can’t thank Johnny enough for all his help. Rang up and explained the issue. As soon as Johnny heard I had two young children in the property he moved appointments around so he could schedule me in ASAP. Once he came out he explained in full detail what he was doing and what would happen going forward. He knew I was absolutely petrified of mice and he did everything he could to reassure me and helped lower my anxiety. He was so friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. He rang between appointments to check in which I was so grateful for as this also helped with the anxiety and fear of the mice. PPC provided an end to end faultless service. Due to recent renovations, noticed a pest problem so called PPC as was extremely nervous and unsure how to address the issue. Communication and initial triage of my issue by Phil and Jordan gave me confidence that I would be taken care of and fixed fee system included initial call out, survey and treatment as well as a 14 day follow up.
The stand out service was provided by Perry. Punctual. empathic and professional approach. ZeroVarm live up to and even exceed their 5 star rating. We recently moved all the way from the south of England into a rental property in Castlewellan that had a very serious rodent problem in the roof where we would hear running around and squeaks at night. These guys rapidly came the day after we called them and they got straight to business. They were super comforting and knowledgeable about the methods rats were using to get in and spent the first hour of their visit looking around for potential access routes for the rats all the while advising us of their methodology. This means they will find the source of the problem rather than just put down poison/traps and call it a day, these guys will get the job done and done well. They laid traps down in the roof and came back to clear up the dead ones and re-lay traps. They concluded that the rats were getting in through an outside drainage pipe and even arranged for a camera viewing of the pipes to confirm. This turned out to be the case and we now have clear insight in what needs to be done to clear out our rat problem for good.
I absolutely recommend ZeroVarm for any sort of pest issues that anyone in NI maybe facing. They are super knowledgeable and will not leave any stone unturned until you are truly satisfied with the result. True masters of their craft.

Patricia and her crew at North West Pest Control Ltd are, in a nut shell, simply the best.
A wasps nest was found at my mother’s home at approx 7.30pm on the 2nd July.
I went straight to her website and sent a message, via wots app, at 7.36pm never expecting a response and thinking I’d just bell them in the morning when they opened for business.
Within 10 minutes Patricia responded to my message, asked for a short video, an address and then confirmed the problem would be sorted the following day.
I told her I probably wouldn’t be there and that my mother was recovering from surgery.
The following day a member of her crew arrived, assessed the situation, sorted the problem out and then presented my mother with a box of chocolates, this standard of work and the kindness shown to my mother has blew me away.
I will never forget Patricia’s efficiency, professionalism and kindness.
