My apartment was infested with termites upon moving in. I had heard great things about Oxford Pest Control so I decided to use them. They were even better than I could have anticipated! The crew came the day after I had reached out to them to take a look and used their expertise to effectively solve the issue. I haven’t had the same problem since. Great guys, would recommend them to everyone dealing with any sort of pest issue!!
Cam and Todd were extremely professional and efficient in solving our ant and bee problem on our back patio. The insects had gotten out of control and sitting back there had become unbearable. After a quick visit the pests have been controlled, and me and the family are able to enjoy our dirty martinis and BBQ’s again! The best pest patrol around.

MVO Pest Control helped us deal quickly and effectively with an influx of rodents to our back yard, as new housing construction in nearby farmers’ fields drove the animals into local neighborhoods. MVO came on a Sunday afternoon, did a thorough inspection of our property, including a detailed check inside the house to reassure us that there were no rodents inside … and within 7 days all signs of the backyard rodents had disappeared. They were so great to work with. I had a complicated bird situation. They came out 3 different times and tried everything they could. Last year the team came out to our old century home and did a great job sealing up everything they could. The previous year we had 4 bats come in the house, but this past summer we had none. Unfortunately one found a way in this past week, so we called them immediately and they were here within 30 minutes. They honoured their warranty and did a thorough search of the house and checked the exterior the following day. They told us to call anytime as they could always follow through with their warranty! Always very friendly and easy to work with!
I have called several times to get them back out to honour their guarantee as I have another creature in the exact same place under my front porch.
Three weeks, seven phone calls and promises that they will show up. They have not.
They lack professionalism and obviously do not stand behind their guarantee.
At this point I doubt they will ever show up. I paid in cash and have a receipt but it feels like they just took my money and were gone once they had it.
Not impressed! Do not recommend.

They are quick, and get the job done right. Very reasonable pricing and they provide 3yr guarantee. They removed bird nest, cleaned out attic and disinfected the house for us. They have been in business for long so they are very knowledgeable. They are very nice people and I would definitely recommend them to out friends and neighbours

This business that Mark runs is absolutely great! 100% would recommend! We had a starling start to nest in our dryer vent; which is probably close to 15 feet up the side of our townhouse. We do not own a ladder that tall nor are we confident enough to do the job. I did some research and found Innovative Wildlife Soultions. The website is clean, organized and gives you all the information that you could need. I called and he was available the next morning!! (THANK GOODNESS.) He arrived a little early, came prepared and professional. Removed the nest (no eggs) and put up a wired gaurd to prevent future issues. Pricing was fair, the work was done in a timely manner and he took all the nesting debris to dispose of it. I can now use my dryer knowing that this fire hazard has been taken care of!
Mark came HIGHLY recommended to us by both family and friends who have used his services and I can absolutely see why! What a lovely man! We heard an animal scratching & chewing in between the garage ceiling and our bedroom floor. He came out promptly and did a full 360 inspection of our home. He searched high and low and even went on the roof! He knew exactly where to look and what to look for. Although he couldn’t find any evidence of rodents, he gave us some preventative tips for the upcoming fall season. Thank you for putting our minds at ease, Mark! Hopefully we won’t need to call you again, but I know we’ll be in good hands if I do! Highly recommend!
