We had a great experience with Cody and his service. He was punctual, listened to what our problems were (with ants, wasps and spiders) and delivered treatment above and beyond. He checked back with us on a couple of occasions and re-sprayed if necessary. We cannot say enough about this service. We highly recommend!

Hired for a 6 month contract for rats. When they didn’t show for an appointment I called, they said they left a message, however there was no message and we were home waiting for them. The owner Jason accused us of taking advantage of the contract that we PAID for, accused us of being rude to their staff and cancelled our contract with 3 months left. On top of that Jason REFUSED to refund us for the remaining 3 months of the contract. That in our opinion is THEFT!!!! If YOU want to cancel thats fine but DONT keep our money, sad how these companies can get away with this.
Do not bother with this company. After paying a hefty price for the job to be done the problem reoccurred within the given warranty period. They refused to finish the job needed and stated that coming back for the extra treatments would be like them paying us to do the job. Is that not what a warranty is for? Very disappointed.
Do not Do not under any circumstances consider this company. They charged us $350 dollars for some kid to come out and set 5 traps, and they were set incorrectly!!!!!! No follow up and bad service !!!! Solution was do it ourselves, don’t throw away your money. Don’t know how they are in business

I would highly recommend Vernon Spider Control for your pest control needs. Darcy has great pricing, customer service and goes above and beyond. I’ve had my house sprayed for spiders over the last 5 years since moving into it. And i may now see the odd spider here or there but I no longer have black widows all over my property. When I moved in there were dozens of full grown widows in my garage and around the property. He always does a great job of brushing off the house and getting rid of any wasps nests that may be nearby. He has great pricing and great communication as well. If you need help with getting rid of bugs, spiders or rodents on your property call Vernon spider control. You won’t be disappointed!
Vernon Spider Control delivered excellent service and went above and beyond with extra help, Darcy and his crew discovered a very large Red Ants nest and eliminated the problem. They scrubbed the walls for spider webs, removed wasp nests and cleaned my garage roof of excessive pine tree debris. If you are looking for a company that makes your house their own, this is the crew for you. Excellent communication and delivered on what was promised. Thank you Darcy.
Terrific work done by Darcy at Vernon Spider Control eliminating my (significant) spider problem last year. Removed all the old webs on the patio as well as the outdoor surfaces of my second floor condo followed by spraying. Repeat spraying and minor web removal in the fall. Annual visit for spraying booked this month. Darcy is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were visiting our father in Winfield when Luke from Lake Country Pest Control showed up. We had met Luke before and he was very professional as well as being incredibly informative and friendly. He let us know exactly what he was doing at all times, and let us know if we needed to stay clear of any areas and for how long. The problem our Dad was having with ants has been eradicated and this has made a huge difference when wanting to sit out on the deck. We would certainly highly recommend this company if you are having difficulty with any unwanted pests. Great job Luke.
Andy is awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy and he does a great job keeping pests at bay. We had a crazy amount of millipedes and a few black widows kicking around. The millipedes were kept out of the house and black widows were neutralized. We have small dogs so the black widows were a concern. He uses chemicals safe for small animals which is also a relief. He follows up when you’re due for a spraying without being pushy, and has always been able to work around my weird schedule. His prices are fair.
We have received excellent service from Andy at Lake Country Pest Control. We were impressed by his very prompt response to our initial inquiry, as well as his thorough follow-up. Andy is professional, punctual, and friendly. His methods are effective, and he was careful to ensure that we were happy with the service at all points during the process. I’m very happy to share my experience with guardian pest control, they were amazing. We were having such issues with mice. The children couldn’t sleep, and although they were fully booked, they fit it us in. They came very promptly. They were very efficient and knew exactly where to look and what to do. We finally had a good night sleep, thanks to their intervention. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has pest issues. We have signed up for their year round monitoring program

I called GUARDIAN PEST CONTROL to come and remove 3 wasp nests and to spray for spiders and other insects. Jack, the service tech was amazing. He was very thorough and went above and beyond. well a couple weeks after moving in we start to get bit by something,but thought it was nothing. Only to find out we have a horrible infestation in our home!
We called orkin, I can’t say enough positive things about this company, the people that work for them and the professionalism!
Chad and Gustavo were our techs for the day,they were nothing but kind and sympathetic non-judgemental knowledgeable and professional!

Technician Josh from Orkin is very knowledgeable. After a thorough assessment of the problem, he put a plan in place how to move forward to best address the ant population on my property.
He started with a thorough exterior perimeter spray of home and yard.
Interior traps were placed in the event any ants found their way indoors.
He asked me to let him know if future ant activity (exterior and/or interior) becomes a concern).
Josh is a great communicator and kept me informed of his arrival to our appointment.
He left me with information on what I needed to watch for going forward, and reassured me he would be available again asap if needed. The service today came with a 3 month warranty.

Thank you so much to Linda from Orkin for coming to my house and spraying. Linda was so knowledgeable and patient with me and the questions I had about the products as I have two small dogs. I really appreciate the thorough job she did in every aspect of the appointment, and that the CSR who scheduled me was able to get me an appointment with Linda so quickly. I haven’t seen a trace of the problem bugs at all since her visit. I would recommend Linda/Orkin to anyone and will be making annual appointments in the future!
