Wasp infestation, I called Toodaloo after hours left a message with answering service who had someone return my asap to set up date and time. Callum came out today super nice friendly knowledgeable, got right to work to spray and remove large Yellow Jacket nest from a 53 ft trailer I use for storage. I was totally amazed at the service Callum provided and especially how thorough he was, right to work ! I would and will recommend Callum and Toodaloo always ! I recently contracted Toodaloo to assist with a pigeon issue on a commercial building. The responded quicker than I had anticipated, and arrange a site inspection. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the pests, and how to get rid of them. They came the next week and performed the work in a very professional manner. They took extra precautions and went way above and beyond the work they originally were contracted for. They followed up in person a couple weeks later just to ensure that we were satisfied as customers. Keep up the great work Toodaloo, well be calling you again.
I thought I had a possible issue with rodents in my new home and contacted Toodaloo to provide an inspection. The service was thorough, professional and excellent. Good news was that there were no issues with rodents in the house and was introduced to noise of squirrels running on my roof. Thank you for the great service. I would highly recommend Toodaloo.

I have been having Ben treat my rental properties for over 6 years now as needed. Ben is always easy to get a hold of when a problem arises. He always takes the time to educate me and my tenants on the best way possible to get rid of bed bugs and cockroaches as quickly and effectively as possible. He is always available to answer any additional questions that my tenants or I have for him. Ben always promptly replies back and always comes when scheduled. His thoroughness and preparation sheets/instructions are concise and simple to understand. B&R’s pricing is also very reasonable.
My wife and I were recently in Thunder Bay, requiring a hotel reservation.
I was aware of the cockroach and bed bug situation in Thunder Bay so wanted to find a hotel with the lowest chances of picking up any kind of bug.
In conversation with a friend, a hotel was recommended because they heard it was safe due to preventative treatments from B&R Pest Control.

The company Norwest Pest Control was prompt and very business like! They provided personal phone service and not from a call centre!! I was amazed! They said a service tech will contact us some time today to set up a time to do the initial visit and provide advice as to what we can do to resolve our rat problem ! The techs name is Mitch who was very pleasant and knowledgeable!!we discussed a plan to put traps into our heating vents which run along the wall and floor and the ductwork runs under the house which is a core floor! After setting the traps , Mitch had step out to process our bill and while he was outside in his truck my wife and I just sat down in the living room. To our amaze , we heard a snap followed by a scurry of noises coming from the living room vent!!! SUCCESS!!! A RAT set off the trap!!! Mitch had returned and we told him he would have to reset the one trap as we caught the culprit..!!!Mitch was also amazed… as it usually doesn’t happen that fast!! But we appreciated the promptness of his work!! We will recommend their service to anyone with Rat issue!!! CHEERS to Mitch and norwest pest control!

As a local landlord in Thunder Bay, it is important to work with a specialist for both preventative and active measures for Pest Control. I would highly recommend this service, as I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service both at the office, and the specialist, Chris.
The staff were on-site within an hour, provided clear and concise instructions to my tenant, and managed the situation effectively. Both myself and the tenant were very satisfied with the outcome and the price was very fair/reasonable. Completely unprofesional and poorly run company. Called for cockroaches in a rental, Cam showed up and sprayed.They called me and I payed the bill. I wasnt notified he went back a second time and this time i was not notified nor billed. Instead of mailing me a bill or calling me they left messages with the tenant even though they have my phone number on file, when the tenant ignored their messages they sent it to collections who simply mailed me a bill to the address on file that I recieved. Apparently putting a stamp on an envelope is too complicated for the office staff. I Talked to Robin about it, a complete waste of time, she wouldnt say why they didnt mail a bill or why they didnt contact me it was like she enjoys wrecking peoples credit rating.

I had a skunk living under my shed. Called around and many of the bigger companies don’t actually handle skunk issues, butbone of them led me to Natural Pest Control. I called them at 9a.m. while at work, they were super accommodating and had someone visit my home during the day and set a live trap. When I got home at 5 there was already a skunk in the trap! Which was surprising so I called them back, and someone came by after hours to pick it up and relocate it! I would highly recommend this company.
Great service. Nice friendly workers!! Recommend 10000% got the job done in like under 24hrs.
